What is your stretching routine?

What is your stretching routine? Such as, how many times do you preform a certain stretch before moving on to another? Do you rest between stretches?

I wrote my stretching routine out fairly specifically in “Gimli’s Routine” under the PE statistics. Check it out if your interested.

I give myself about 5 - 10 minutes rest at the most.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

5x BTC stretches (1 min.each)
4x15 JAI stretches
8x rotary stretches (30 sec. each in both directions)
4x Inverted V-stretches (30 sec.each)or normal V-stretches.

Minimum rest between stretches.30 seconds’ rests before passing to a different stretch.
Total workout:about 20 min.

I go right into jelqing after about 10-20 minutes of stretching, my favorite is the JAI.

I do 15 minutes of manual stretches, 20 secs. in each direction, SO, SD, SU, L, R. Following this is 5 minutes of circular stretches. 3 sets of 20 rotations each way. The only rest I take is to reset my timer.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

I do manual stretches for 15 minutes then advanced stretches for 10 minutes with my own body weight. With SO, SU, and BTC stretches.

Yeah.I forgot saying that I jelq right after stretching.

I do 30 minutes sessions. I do all kinds of stretches in different directions but I mainly focus on A-stretches (for the septum/dorsal thickening) and BTC stretches (for the ligaments). Sometimes I do those two bundled to add a little intensity if I feel it’s needed. I also make sure my grip doesn’t bend the penis upwards while I stretch but rather bend it a bit downwards to put more pressure on the septum/dorsal thickening (top side of the penis). I don’t really rest during a session but sometimes I just massage the penis a bit between the holds for a couple of seconds. I hold each stretch for about 30 seconds.
