If your extenders are the noose type you should try using a ‘cloth croakie’ instead of the standard silicone one usually provided. A lot of people recommend a vacuum attachment, but I have no personal experience of this.

What exactly is a ‘cloth croakie’ and how do you make it? I’m interested because I can only use the silicon strap for about 1-2 hours before I have to take it off due to pain and the wider ‘comfort’ strap always slips on me after awhile.

Sept 2020 BPEL 16.5-17.5 cm, BPFLS 17.5-18 cm. Clamped x4+ BPEL 18-19 cm. Head girth 12.5 cm, MSG 16 cm, BG 16.5 to 18 cm

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.

Hmmmm I took a look at the thread. For me, fitting into that thing is a chore. I think that I don’t have the correct length for rods. When I try to increase the tension, one or both of the ends become unscrewed before I can reach any level of stretch. And then there’s the issue if my girth. I had to get the wide base attachment so I could fit into the unit and both the noose and clamp attachment pinched and didn’t feel comfortable at all.

I will pick up a few of those croakies at WalMart today, if I can find some. I really do want to use the X4 so this will probably be my last shot.

I wish I had your ‘girth’ problem! As to the rods unscrewing, what I do (and I think I picked this up on Thunder’s someplace) is keep the non-compression part of the rods loose. I strap my head in and then place the upper section of rod into the strap part of the extender. I then compress the spring section and screw the rods together. This way I can use longer rods (and greater spring tension) than I could if tried to slip the head price onto a pre-assembled rod. I hope I’m making sense.

Ten minutes of dry jelqs every other day,followed by edging with sone ulis,squeezes, supra slammers and finger clamping, keeling the whole time. I mostly edge during this time, with exercises thron in randomly. Days between I edge only for 10-20 minutes. I continue the edging on all days until I ejaculate or I get bored.

Sex everyday if I can get it!

With this simple routine I’ve gained a bit more than 3/4” of bpel, and almost 1/2” of grth in just under 2 years. Not much but that puts me at 7.8”x5.7”. More than enough if you ask me!

The best part is that I have instant rock hard erections, and I can stay hard through multiple ejaculations, I,e, zero refractory period. My penis is healthier now than it was when I was in college!

Can you please tell us about your diet and physical conditioning?

Close to a year of pumping has given me a fatter dick, as in consistently 5 and up girth. Manual was great at getting me ready but became so try-hard. The results are not comparable to pumping. This is why simple machines are invented all, for superhuman pressure.

Close to a year extender has given me a better flaccid, as in 4 minimum, usually a 4.5 inch hang.(or better!)

But my erect length gain are from like 2010. For a variety of reasons I never stuck with hanging. I swear my length gains are from my beginning newbie days. But lucky my crazy ass already owns a hanger, and thanks for saying to use electrical tape as part of the wrap, somebody! Now hanging seems safe. I will mess with seven inches, buds. I’m off to adjust screws.
