What was the most productive routine for you

I thought I’d place this threads on “Main Member”, but its 17 more posts to get the privilege.

So what I’ve been thinking of, maybe everyone could post here their most effective routine that they’ve had in their career, so that beginners or those looking for a new routine would have a broader understanding of what exercises, time dedication, etc. Works best for the most or us and therefore avoid creating time-wasting custom routines. Anyone?

I’m new to this, about 4 months in,, but the newbie routine is working so far,, and now I’m also doing horse440”s , so far so good

A majority of guys have gotten a majority of their gains from the newbie routine and variations thereof. The advanced methods are not “advanced as in better” they are “advanced as in more intense and higher risk.” The advanced stuff is what you do when/if the newbie routine stops delivering.

Almost all of my gains came from hanging, following 4 months of dedicated, but unproductive, hands on PE. Now remember that this was back in the day. We were doing all kinds of crazy stuff to our dangly bits. It is entirely possible that using the modern newbie routine I would have gained.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Using a mechanical stretcher in a hot bath got me a full inch in less than a year.

Now I hang and that got me past a plateau I never thought would pass.

I was actually afraid to hang for over a year before frustration got the better of me and I discovered, much to my surprise, that hanging wasn’t going to tear my unit off.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

The basics: jelq, manual stretching and squeezing.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Tunica stretches for me. Didn’t gain much from jelqing


Start 2-3-08 BPEL 7.25" EG 5.25" Midshaft

Now BPEL 9.00" EG 5.50 " Midshaft

Long term goal NBP 8x6 - "The Magic stick"

What is tunica stretching

I gained 3/4” in length and .25” in girth in three months on the newbie routine. Just finished 8 weeks of adding O bends with no extra gains. I’m going to take a decon and do tunica stretches and jelqs and squeezes.

I’ve found that a routine of stretching and jelqing with heat has been the most effective. Consistency over time seals the deal.

Haha thanks! After measuring last night and seeing no gains I was very disappointed, however I need to be thankful for the early gains I achieved. Also I need to realize that 8 weeks in PE time is relatively nothing.

So you gained half inch per month? Jealousssssssssssssssssss

“Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism” routine by Memento. It affords, among other things, the nearest cop of hanging that can be had by manual methods. I was stuck with about 3/8 inch gain until this routine by which I rapidly gained another inch. It puts you to work though—-doing a divided twenty minute leveraged pull downward. I did get some discoloration from the prescribed “Horses”,however.

I used a stretcher for 600hrs and didn’t gain jack. The thought of using it in a hot bath sounds interesting

I wear an extender, it works if i don’t use to much tension and don’t use it for more than 4 hours a day but at least 2 hours a day. I’ve seen an 1 cm increase in length and girth so far.


Sept 2020 BPEL 16.5-17.5 cm, BPFLS 17.5-18 cm. Clamped x4+ BPEL 18-19 cm. Head girth 12.5 cm, MSG 16 cm, BG 16.5 to 18 cm

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.
