What's best for length, gainers help!

OK, I’ve been at it for a while and I think I’ve stalled out with my length gains. I’m at around 7.5 - 7.6 NBPEL but I’m striving for 8.5. I can’t seem to get past this point though. I have made good gains on my girth from clamping, edging, horse squeezes and more girth routines.

My question is, does my girth routine hurt my chances for length gains. I do manual stretches before every workout and cool down wearing my sizegetics extender (which I think I’m going to try to wear more throughout the day). I read in the post ( can’t remember where) that clamping can actually stop length gains, i this true? I have been clamping for a while and am willing to stop if will bring more length gains.

My girth goal is between 6 and 6.25 (currently 5.7 consistently). I feel I am closer to these marks than my length goals and may want to switch my routine to focus more on length.

I’m hoping you guys can help me with this issue!

Yeah I was thinking that’s my next step. I actually made the captains wench a year or two ago but never really got into it . Might be time to get that back out.

I don’t think they would sop length gains unless you are doing no stretching at all and trying to cement your growth gains or stop PE totally allowing the tunic to totally repair it’s self.

Here is how I see it there are some that disagree and that’s fine.

Clamping and jelqing force blood into the penis in all directions causing the stretching of the tunica form the inside this allows for both length and girth. I just think we see girth more or only girth if we are not stretching are ligs and tendons to allow for length gains to happen. This is where your stretcher comes in or manual stretching.

Read TGC theory it explains why some guys can do nothing but jelqing and get length gains and others have no effect from doing jelqing by it’s self.

From every thing I have read on hear it seems you need at least 1.30 min per day to 2 hours of hanging at least 6 to 10 to get result’s from hanging this time tension is enough to cause the micro trauma that we are looking for to cause mytosi then use your tractive device to keep it in this extended state.

It just like lengthening a leg. The leg is put in traction for months at a time to cause the body’s reaction of making new skin cells blood vessels and muscle and of course bone which is created in a soft tissue state until the traction is over.then the bone calcifies. The penis is made up of much of the same stuff except bone of course.an we have smooth muscle instead of contractile muscle. I would liken the smooth muscle of the penis to the smooth muscle of the heart we do know that smooth muscle can grow we see it in enlarged hearts in runners and cyclist.on cool thing about smooth muscle one it grows it stays that size.

Growth happens during traction like in leg leg lengthening not after they remove the traction device, because it is actually making new cells while in the tractive state. Unlike regular contractile muscle growth which happens after you work out.

So we know this is medical science fact stick with this and I can’t see how you could go wrong.

I am doing this and have had an increase of .20 to .25 erection goes down fast but I will say .20 on the low side in erect size.I did put in about around 400 hrs in the Jess with out hanging with very little results no this could be that the penis has to meet a certain amount of trauma to start the growth proses or that it takes that long for the low weight of the stretcher to cause the micro tears not sure but from some of the graphs I have seen on the growth rate it seems to jump up greatly after the second month of wear.

I read TGC theory and started clamping and jelqing on top of my stretching work outs and have had much better erections and the penis hangs lower and much fuller.So it has only helped so far I hope this helps you as you are huge already lol.

1. 1.5 to 2 hour hanging 8 to 10 lbs
2. Traction 4 to 6 hours per day
3. Clamping and jelqing or one or the other
4 traction wrap when you can’t us your stretcher. No real force just keeps the penis extended so it can heal in that state.

Thanks diesel220, I’m going to definetly try hanging starting on monday. Hopefully I can each that 8.5 with the hanging. I appriciate you taking the time to help me out.

It might be a good idea to put the clamping/jelqing on hold while going for your length goals.

There’s a few scientific explanations on why - but to me it just makes sense that it’d be easier to stretch a piece of thread than a jumper cable.

Some guys have done well with both - but I’ve seen the fastest length gains when not doing any girth work.

The theory for not doing clamping for length is that if the tissue is cemented then your penis is a bigger stronger unit that may need more time tension to cause micro trauma to cause cell splitting. If you are hang 8 or more lbs this will cause micro trauma to the penis then doing traction and clamping will stretch both the inside of the tunica length wise and girth wise just like pumping and if you go to the pumpers forum you will see some old school pumper that have gained length as well as thickness.

As for your penis being like rope these are inanimate objects that have no growth response when stress is applied so you can’t use that as a response to not clamping for length plus the leg is much bigger and then the penis and it still is lengthened over time with traction and jelqing brings fresh oxygenated blood to the penis witch can only help the healing proses.

What about manual stretches guy’s?

Ok, I’m not real scientific but I use my common since and listen to my body very well. I do manual stretches but haven’t seen the gains I would like. The funny thing is, it seems like when I’m with my girl I look longer and feel like I get deeper but the measurements doesn’t seem to change. I think I may be underestimating just how much even a centimeter is let alone an inch.
