whats reasonable gains, in the first month?

I have a scar on my belly that runs from my belly button right to the start of Mr Happy. This has made quite a difference in my workout; and, I believe that it has had a big impact on my gains. I give you guys all the credit in the world for sticking with it. I am a very slow gainer, but at .5”/year at least I have some reinforcement.

Larry33 are you the same as Larry?He was a hard gainer but eventually gained about 1/2 inch in length and 1/5 inch girth. If not the same guy then “Ooopps!” in advance.

I too have had modest gains after over 6 months (about 3/4 inch), and appear to be stagnating, but there are a lot of other great benefits to PE that me and my wife have enjoyed. My erections are rock hard, and my stamina at age 44 is miles ahead of what I had 18 years ago when my wife and I first met. She says it’s the best ever, and I know that’s true for me. That’s why I continue. So my point is, there’s more to it than length and girth. Just ask your gal.

I don’t think you will see gains in month in any kind of PE. I think it takes at least 2-3 months before you can see a measurable gain.

3/4 inches in 6 months is far from modest.

My opinion on this is that one shouldn’t expect to gain in the first month. It is possible, but it very often takes several months before you start seeing real gains.

Tito_Brown, if you are serious about PE you need an accurate measurement. Knowing about how long your erect penis isn’t good enough. How will you know if you are gaining or not? Small increments of an inch will be hardly visible to an untrained eye.

I cannot remember where on the forum I read this but successful PE is measured in years, not months.

The first month will serve more as a conditioning phase than a positive growth phase. Gains in this period will be minimal, if any at all. Do not expect gains to come easily or quickly. This can be discouraging and lead to quitting before you realize the gains.

Have faith that your diligent efforts will pay off over time. But your genetics and workout quality will ultimately determine how much and how soon your penis will grow.

It varies, of course, but I gained over 1/2” in the first month, and about 1.25 over the course of a year.
Just set a reasonable goal and don’t expect to reach it in just one month.

I set a goal that I thought was probably impossible (gains of 1.75” length and .5” girth). It has taken a year but I’m more than half way there.

Keep at it.

The correct answer here is, ANY gain is a good gain.

Something that I think is often overlooking in this discussion is growth as a proportion to your current size. If you have a 5 in man, don’t I wouldn’t expect 2 inches of growth as fast as with a guy who has a 10 inch member. There are members that have doubled size but it took 5 years or more of consistency.

I had incredible results milking with a hard grip, I do not wrap my penis at the base with one hand and milk with the other but instead I just milk trying to keep the soft skin stretched. When I mean hard I mean milking with some cruel grip but being careful not to harm. The hard part is to keep your penis semi-erect since you do not have any support to keep the blood concealed. I started doing with only 6 1/4” of length and after 4 weeks I got a almost 1 inch. I only need another 1/4 inch to get the 7” dong I always dream of. Today my girlfriend told me I was hurting her because It was getting too deep inside her! Not too much success on gaining girth, just maybe a little bit more that 1/4 but I don’t think this routine is aiming girth at all. Since this is kinda of aggressive I take 2 days off after 5 days of consecutive training.

I wonder what type of girth a dick that long would need to look proportional? Nevermind that, to make 12 inches look proportional on a human you would have to be Yao Ming. :eek:
