Thank you man, I don’t think my results are just because the training but also I have been drinking protein milk shakes and creatine capsules lately. Probably this may have something to do with this incredible size gain in only 4 weeks. Anyone trying any combination of muscle mass supplement with penis enlargement routines?

That is completely correct. The people claiming “.5 to 2 inches” are way off base. The chances of that happening are still maybe 1/1000 or more. Don’t expect anything until month 3. Maybe don’t even measure for the first 3 months. Otherwise you might get upset with 0-.1 of growth and try harder and end up getting injured or lead to overtraining, which will just end up slowing you down a lot more.

On creatine + Whey Protein for past 3 months. No results since taking them. Both have no connection to penis or penis size. Though working out may increase testosterone or result in better blood flow.

I must say I saw rapid gains in my first few months. 3/4 of an inch in 3 months, probably most of that front loaded.

That said, I do believe I had certain pysiological triggers to gain, i.e. I’m an older guy who had tight ligs etc.

That said I don’t believe it realistic most guys can gain towards an inch in a few months.

Probably a realistic gain in month one is NOTHING, anything more is a bonus. Work in three month blocks.

If you see 1” in a year you have done very well.
