Ok, I have consistently been having problems with hanging, in regards to the bib slipping off my unit (i’m uncut, and it seems impossible to wrap no matter what I try). Well, after the bib falling off three times in a row today, I had an epiphany. Why not just manually grab my dick and stretch it straight down for the ammount of time that I would normally hang??? What’s the difference, except that I know my hand won’t slip off?

You will get tired, tried holding a firm grip for longer than 2 minutes? Not easy.

I have only hung when working the ligs-BTC and SD. When I work the tunica, hangers are very uncomfortable to me, so I do manual stretching. If you have the desire to put in the time and *effort* than manual stretching will do just fine. I stretched 5 sets of one minute each at about six different angles, then did two sets of DLD blasters, and I would feel the fatigue everytime-the next day when I started, so I know it was doing something good. It’s a pain, but it’s the only way I can work the tunica-and it still gets fatigued, and thats the objective .right?

Well you can manually stretch for a much longer time. I’m sure someone else already came up with this but here goes.

1) laying down on a bed grab you penis in comfortable grip
2) pull downward towards legs
3) put hand in between legs then sqeesze legs together
4) shift pelvis upward until desired pressure is felt
5) just watch t.v and time flies

You don’t have to pull very hard with this stretch at all and it’s easy to hold. I normally do 15, 2 min holds with this one but could easily see someone doing 5-10 min holds if not longer.

When I was hanging 4-6 hours daily I surely would be needing an arm transplant by now mimicking hanging with my hands.

Have you emailed Bigger, he truly is a patient gentleman that offers exceptional support, I am evidence to that.

I just tried this, and I can’t do it, it makes my balls hurt like hell!

Why did you start hanging in the first place?

Well, wb, if you answered, "I got the Bib Hanger so that I could apply a measured amount of force to my penis over a specified length of time", then the answer to your original question would be obvious. If your answer is more along the lines of "Gee, dad, all the other kids have Bib Hangers, and they look really cool", the answer is not so obvious.

The man himself, tps, has produced an excellent video demonstration of the Bib in action. This is a good place to start. Did you know that some guys go to the gym for over 20 years and still cannot bench press with proper form? Hanging is an advanced form of PE exercise: it usually is not perfected quickly. Keep working on the wrap, but especially check out Bib’s tutorial on how to properly adjust the hanger, and you may find enlightenment in your ongoing quest for Penis Enlightenment, my young Yogi friend.

Thanks everyone. I’m not going to throw the bib away just yet, lol. I had a hell of a time making the thing. I’ll try Growshop’s method and see if I can do it without popping a nut. As of today I was only hanging 5 pounds for 20 minutes, and then 7.5 for 10 minutes. If my wrists can hold out that long, I’ll stick with manual for awhile. I’ll always have the bib in my closet to take out whenever. Thanks again!

You don’t sqeeze your legs together hard or pull hard, you don’t have to. It will take practice to do it comfortably but it gives me an amazing stretch and is not a pain in the ass to do. I experimented tonight and was able to do five minute sets keeping the same tension all the way through, any longer than that though and my grip did start to slide a little and my hand did cramp, but still 5 minutes is pretty good for manual stratching.
