I personally don’t think you need to be clamped for more then 5 mins. Its all about expansion. Its not like you continuously expand when you clamp. After a few mins of expansion, all you are doing is killing cells and risking injury. I believe in short, multi clampped sessions to get maximum expansion for a couple of mins.

Interesting theory. Wouldn’t you think that the longer it’s expanded, that the “caverns” wouldn’t be so quick to shrink back to normal size?

I really don’t. I think more, shorter sets is safer and more productive. No science here, just experience. I do believe in building up your sets slowly. I don’t just get hard and clamp hard. It might take me 5 mins of so build up enough blood to then start really clamping off and even adding more clamps. Once you start consistently hitting your max expansion, I only hold it for a few mins. Then I let off, jelq, rest, and start over.

It probably helps your EQ too, since you’re not doing overkill on your dick.

Your right. I do remember really struggling in the beginning. I would do the newbie and things would be great!! Then all of a sudden Id try some manual clamping and my EQ would be F you C K E D for like a week. I mean, real bad. No morning wood, no nothin. Like my dick was sayin “f-you you SOB, don’t strangle me”. Over time I’ve become pretty resilient. I mean, I can put my dick in a vice grip for 6 hours a day (only 10 min sets of course ;) And still be rock hard that night

Less time and more sets. You break in between every 5 minutes. The more sets you do the more engorged my dick becomes. I’m up to 6 sets of 5 minutes. I think of PE the way I workout:

Clamping 6X5
Jelqing 3X10
Then I pump at the end of the day. Or right after.

Ohh wow! I take back what i said, you obviously put a lot of time into your routines. 30 minutes of jelqing is crazy! You do it every day?

I’m going to try this ,minus the pumping, for a couple sessions and see how it goes.

Any gains using the routine?

Haha, good laughs right there.

I’ve returned to hanging so I won’t be clamping again for a while until 1. I either reach my goals or 2. conclude I can’t gain anymore length, then I’ll return to girth.

I love hanging, and I still do it.. Cause in the end its way more productive to strap in with 10lbs for 15 mins then try and pull with your hands. That being said, I’m beginning to feel like its a lost cause. I just don’t think I can get enough, heavy enough sets within a week to make it work. I read somewhere that you need 3 hours a week to feel fatigue. I’m way past being able to do that.

That’s a hard one to call, bro. There was/is a guy over at MoS who came up with “hardcore hanging” where he only did one set per day. He got up to some pretty high weight too, and made excellent gains.

He is now doing two sets a day, but that’s it. I decided to try this as well, though I seem stuck between 12.5 - 17.5 pounds. I do a 20 minute set when I get home from work, then 5-6 hours later I do one more set. My junk is constantly sore and broken down and in constant fatigue, so I’m hoping to measure a gain sometime soon. When I was clamping 20 minutes a day, I lost length so I figured I can do 1 set a day, minimum.

Currently I do 2 sets. Set 1 is 10lb and I split it 10 standing and 10 BTC. Then I do a second set, exactlly the same with 15lbs. Before I hand I try and some expansion by clamping. I’m trying a “deflated balloon” approach I read on here some where. Basically trying to expand then stretch. Once I clamp and hang, I then spend the last hour of my workout expanding again either by clamping, jelqing, pumping or a mixture of all three
