What's the Longest You've Clamped?

What’s the longest any of you have stayed clamped? My longest is 15 minutes without knowing. Really got into the show I was watching.


5.3" NBPEL.

20+ no problem

20+ minutes with no problem. I only plan on 10 to 15 minutes.

I always try to stay between 5-10 minutes to be safe. Wonder if anyone has ever done 30-60 minutes?

30-60 minutes sounds dangerous unless the clamp was applied very lightly.

I do a single 15 minute set occasionally to change things up.

I’d stick to 5-10 minutes sets with dry jelqs for 5 minutes in between sets.


Then, 6.1 x 4.5 Now, 7.25 x 5.25

Never clamped for more than 10 minutes. Typically do 2 or 3 sets of 10 minutes with 5 minutes rest between sets.

I do 5 sets of 5 with 5 minutes between the 5. :)

I did 3 sets of 15 to 20 minutes clamped very tightly wit a three minute break in between.

You should be very careful doing extended clamping. I’ve given myself a thrombosis twice by clamping too long.

I’ve done 20 ++ minutes quite a few times, because I like to experiment so I can answer guys’ questions here.

Results: fluid buildup, blocked lymph vessels, thrombosed veins, lots of red spots, bruising around the base, and on 3 occasions a major vein blow out. Not all at the same time of course, but let’s put it this way, I’m taking an extended PE break at the moment because the last vein blow-out (literally split) was on New year’s eve, and the previous one I had (same place) looked like it was healed after a week and a half, but gave problems every time I used any pressure jelqing for more than 4 months afterwards - clamping/pumping etc. was totally out for that time.

Hey, I keep telling folk this can be a dangerous hobby if you take risks, but fairly safe if you don’t. I always lived life on the edge, and now I’m getting too old to do the stuff I used to do, I miss the adrenaline, so I push the things I still do. Not likely to kill myself doing PE!

I have severe ED ( diabetes) so I regularly use a constriction band in order to achieve and maintain an erection. Accordingly, I have conditioned my dick to accept constriction. Therefore, 30 to 45 minute clamping session are not a problem for me.

Dang dude! Your almost as hardcore as me. If I ever fucked my Dick up like that I would be petrified. My foreskin got kinda messed up from hanging and sucked, but I have been clamped super tight for 20+++ minutes many a time and have not had any complications. Although I’ve not had any success either. ( :( ). But yea, someone tell me how to get a fat cock.

Not to be rude FG but if you went that extreme then there is bound to be issues. The question; why FG? Why? Why would anyone do that?

Be consistent and gains will happen. With anything always keep a warm wrap around. Especially after clamping, the end of each session should be followed by a warm wrap. It allows more blood to flow into the chambers of the penis. It helps with developing a bigger penis, and lessening the chance of injury.
