The toughening is the exact opposite of what I want to achieve. The tougher the tissues are, the harder it is to make genuine expansion and ultimately, gains.

No prob. I personally found 10 minutes unfulfilling.


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

10 mins was a bit ‘quick’ for me however, I didn’t go 20 mins the very first time I clamped! I built up to it over the course of 3-4 months.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

What gains have you achieved from “clamping”? Please describe your routine.

Clamp 8-10 mins, 3-5 a day. Typically 2 days on, then one off, then one on, then one off, then two on. If your EQ decreases then your doing to much.

I gained quite a bit, mostly where the clamp sits at the base. My BEG was 15 cm, now it is 16.5. My MSEG was 14.5 to 15, now it is 15 cm and a pinch more.

But I do a lot more then just clamping. I mix it up.

The key to this exercise (any exercise) is maintaining good EQ and getting plenty of sleep. Overdoing this exercise can kill EQ fast, and cause all damage to your unit that can take a long time to heal.


Sept 2020 BPEL 16.5-17.5 cm, BPFLS 17.5-18 cm. Clamped x4+ BPEL 18-19 cm. Head girth 12.5 cm, MSG 16 cm, BG 16.5 to 18 cm

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.

I sometimes forget about rest and how good it is for Mr. Alf. EQ good here so not overdoing it on my side. :)

Here’s my routine, just in case it isn’t in my profile.

Warm wrap 5-10 minutes.
Wet Jelq 10 minutes
Clamp 5 minutes
———————————-Warm wrap 5 mins-
Wet Jelq 10 minutes
Clamp 5 minutes
———————————-Warm wrap 5 mins-
Wet Jelq 10 minutes
Clamp 5 minutes
———————————-Warm wrap 5 mins-
Clamp 5 minutes.

Stretch 10 minutes.

Then I come back later that night and sometimes stretch before bed and pump for 30 minutes. 3 ten minute sets with a five minute break after each and warm wrap. Sounds like a lot when I split it up but it isn’t. :)

Back a few years ago I began clamping 15 minutes a set. But my dick looked bruised and such, so I decided to just do 5 minute sets. It’s quick and easy to remember for me and when you clamp with less time, you can easily combine it with other exercises.

I gained .25 inch in girth in a very short amount of time from clamping several times a day, 20 minutes at a time. Then I lost length, so I stopped clamping for now. I’ll be back to it when my schlong hits 8 inches.

My routine consists of a warm up with a heating pad. I stroke my cock to erection, wrap neoprene around my base then put on my first clamp as close to the base as possible. Then I add my second clamp even closer to the base. Sometimes I will do kegels or continue stroking to keep the blood flow in but then I learned about squeezes where I squeeze my glans, which forces the blood back into the shaft. The expansion is incredible. I did anywhere from 3-6 20 minute sets, usually broken up into 2 sessions.

All day clamping

I read in some forum about loose clamping with a hair band to slow down the blood flow for the whole day and about wearing cock rings. Tried a hair band loosely but after 30 minutes my glans become fully engorged and started to hurt a bit and the color also was shade of purple. I released it immediately.

Should this be done as if you wear a band on flaccid penis it becomes tight in case of an erection and if worn when having erection it become loose when flaccid.

Does continual wearing of a clamp (loose) enough to slow the circulation cause any permanent damage.

No. If you wear it for extended periods then it should be loose enough to not constrict but tight just enough to help maintain flow.

I do a 5 min clamping with a Velcro band ( 3 sets ) in the morning with dry jelqs and then go to the gym. Come back and do a 5 min warm up/5 min stretching / 10 min of wet and dry jelqs with squeezes and then do a tight clamping for 10 min. Followed by a warm shower. I then apply a hair tie (elastic one) on the base which fits snugly obstructing the blood flow a bit. I use it for 3-4 hours and the in the evening I again do a dry jelq for 5 min and clamping.

When using the hair tie I feel a slight discomfort and heaviness in my penis. Is it normal. The color of my penis has also become dark it looks big.

Can I continue with my routine and can I use the hair ties for the whole day without any harm. Is the dark colour normal after increased blood flow.

I measure 4.5 in girth and 7.7 inches in length, my target is 6 inches in girth and 9 inches in length

Discolouration means you are starving the tissues of oxygen, which you do not want to do for more than an absolute maximum of 20 minutes, or you are likely to cause cell death.

Have you completed 3 months of the ‘newbie routine’ before starting doing this?
