Clamp 8-10 mins, 3-5 a day. Typically 2 days on, then one off, then one on, then one off, then two on. If your EQ decreases then your doing to much.
I gained quite a bit, mostly where the clamp sits at the base. My BEG was 15 cm, now it is 16.5. My MSEG was 14.5 to 15, now it is 15 cm and a pinch more.
But I do a lot more then just clamping. I mix it up.
The key to this exercise (any exercise) is maintaining good EQ and getting plenty of sleep. Overdoing this exercise can kill EQ fast, and cause all damage to your unit that can take a long time to heal.

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.
