When can I return to PE after a PA?

When can I return to PE after a PA?

Hi Guys:

A month or two ago I posted I was interested in getting a Prince Albert (my 60th birthday present to myself) and how many of you PEed with one. Well, my PA is 2 weeks old today and I’m sure missing PEing. For those of you who have PA’s how long did you wait before you started back PEing? I hang, manual stretch and pump - and please, God, don’t say months, but if that’s what it takes, that’s what it takes.

Thanks,

Glenn

Hey what is the deal with those? I mean can you give some detail as to the whole procedure and what it felt like, how they pierced you, how much it hurt, cost etc? Where did it go exactly, right down the middle? Does it interfere with taking a leak?

You are supposed to wear them during sex right?

Nem

When you get a pa they incert a clamp machinism into your peehole, and then the Peirce straight through with a wide gauge, or a slightly narrow gauge that widens as it goes through and stretches the hole, I recommend start with a wide, then you get a ring and you bleed everywhere and don’t have sex for a week. , I imagine that for the healing period you couldn’t do PE due to blood pressure, but after 3 weeks I’m sure you’ll be alright. Be carefull, the ring might migrate out with your growth, you can’t take it out so yes it stays on during sex and woman seem to thoroughly enjoy it, before I found this site I was going to get one as a secret weapon, so I could contend with all the big guys,

I would lay off the PE for at least a month after getting a piercing like a PA.
They heal pretty quickly, but remember, it won’t be fully healed and toughened up for another year after it stops crusting (lymph.) Just go easy on it for the first few weeks so as not to aggravate it and work your way up to full pressure/weight. A little halo of a bruise around it is normal in the first few weeks, btw. If you feel any pain, lay off for a bit.

My bias is toward bigger gauges (6 gauge and larger) because of the comfort and you won’t get the ‘cheese-wire cutting effect’ that a thin gauge can produce with the piercing being in a high-traffic area such as the glans. So, if you’re starting at 16 to 8 gauge, stretch it up with your local piercer’s help right away. Good luck with that.

Woody, thanks for the info.

Anyone else with info on how it went, where it went , cost etc etc?

Hi Nemesis:

Actually, I answered your post a few days ago, hit the wrong button and away it went into cyber space (That’s right, Thunder, laugh on).
I moved from Atlanta to London this past July, so I’m dealing with London prices. My PA was the equiv. to $55.00. They insert a little tube into your urethra (I have to self cath sometimes because of my pee shyness, so thjs was no big deal) and it shouldn’t hurt you anyway. They insert the needle into the tube, which you don’t feel, then bring it out on the bottomside of the head, near your circ scar - no it didn’t hurt. If they bring it out on the top of the head, it’s called a reverse PA. I believe we guys think it’s gonna hurt because of all the anticipation, which is worse than the actual piercing. I had a spot of blood on the tissue when I took it of that nite, but that’s all, quite “bloodless” actually. If you drink alcohol before the piercing, you’ll bleed like a stuck pig and any piercer worth his or her salt won’t pierce you if you’ve been drinkng. You can move up in gauges with your jewlery - I won’t get too much larger because my small cock would look stupid with a much larger ring on. And yes, you can take it out, many of the guys change their jewelery like some change their clothes. However, you shouldn’t leave it out more than 4 - 5 days as you wouldn’t with any piercing You cannot have sex for 2 weeks afterwards and you should wear a condom for 4 weeks aferwards even if you’re in a mon. relationship. Both men and women often times have bacteria in their various orifacesso you don’t want to risk infection. The PA, among people who have various piercings (this is my first) say it is the most painless and easiest to heal piercings you can get. I’ve had no pain, no blood or anything else in the 16 days I’ve had my PA, Nemesis, and I’m very glad, at 60, I had it done, wish it had been much earlier. Oh, my orgasms have heightened and tho I haven’t had sex yet, I hear the fuckee LOVES it. Visit princealbert@yahoogroups.can for the Thunder version of PA members. All the best and go for it if you want to have it done - a cake walk, Glenn

Glenn, thanks for all the info!!

I have actually been contemplating getting other things done first, a tattoo, maybe an ear pierced, maybe a nipple. Right now I am tableau rosa. I think in general if I was going to get something like the PA done I would want to be closer to my end goals with PE, you know?

peace, nem

Hey Glenn

Welcome to the club1 I was about the same age when I got mine and have slowly upgraded to a 4 ga., which seems optimum for me. It’s OK to pump with one, but lately I’ve been taking it out because it gets jammed to one side and is painful. I’m leery of hanging with it because my hanger always moves forward, so I’d say take it very carefully when you start back. Since I’ve had mine several years, I’m not reluctant to remove it, but you need to leave yours alone for several months at least.

Enjoy! It’s worth it, and I’d do it all over again without hesitation.

I got my PA several years ago, long before stariting PE. The piercing itself was as close to painless as you can image. I thought the piercer was still “setting things up” but he was actually finished. Very little bleeding afterwards.
Like a complete fool, I couldn’t resist hanging small weights from it as soon as I got home. It felt wonderful. Hurt like hell the next day. Stupid.

I was mostly healed within two weeks, and completely healed in a month. The inner skin takes awhile longer to completely “toughen-up”, but all systems should be back to normal in about a month. You can take out the ring for short periods of time after the first week or so, as the PA is one percing that does not tend to close up quickly (like a nipple piercing does).

You can increase ring size after a few months. I started at 8 or 10 gauge and was up to a 4 or 2 gauge within a year. I pushed myself to make the size change.

I only remove my ring for jelquing (power-jelk), and leave it in for occasional pumping, bib hanging, etc.

Hope this helps,

groan

Thanks Tex and Groan. I don’t plan on getting near my pump or hanger for at least a month. My hanger moves forward too, Tex, mainly because my shaft is so damned short - I’m one of the few on this board who actually NEEDS PE. I’ve always wrapped part of the head when I’m using my BIB hanger. Guess I’ll experiment with hanging and pumping when I start back but I’m sure as hell not gonna push it, PA or no PA. They do mm’s here in London, Tex, so my ring is a 2.4mm which I believe translates to a 10 ga ring. My piercer will move me up to the next mm size in 2 months. As I’ve said earlier, I do not plan to go much higher, my cock would look absurd with a big ring or horseshoe. BTW, Guys, what is your favorite piece of jewlery? Go on TongueStud.com, they’ve got great stuff. I might order something when I go home to Atlanta for Christmas. There is a group of us in the UK who are thinking of selling our jewelery as we size up. The rings/bars would be very easy to sterilize and no sense keeping stuff you’ll never wear again. Nemisis, altho I’ve never gone thru a nipple piercing, I understand they are quite painful in both the piercing and healing process - tattoos as well. Someone on the board - I know BuldgerDude has both nipple and PA piercings -might tell you his experience with then different piercings and healing processes. Go ahead and get it done, Nem, getting a flu shot is a hell of a lot more painful. Glenn

The last flu shot I got gave me the flu and I was sick as a dog for days puking my guts out~! haha I didn’t mind not getting a flu shot this year due to the shortage (knocking on wood now).

You guys scared me a bit when you described the catheter like procedure. It reminded me of the couple of times I had an std check where they shove the Q-tip in there and swab a bit. I consider myself to have a pretty high pain tolerance, and that std check was a very intense short blinding burst of pain. I was in the army at the time and we used to call it getting “rodded off the range,” because the action was similar to them sticking the brass rod down the M-16 bore before we stepped off the range.

Thanks for the extra info though. I will be looking into what I want to get soon. Let us know how it goes when you ease back into PE mode.

Best of luck, nem

Shit, Nemisis, where are you? It’s 9:15 a.m. here in London now and you’ve just answered my post of 45 minutes ago. If you’re in the midwest, it must be about 3:45 a.m. your time. You just getting in from a nite of funfilled frolic????? Yeah, everyone I know who gets a flu shot comes down with the flu, that’s why I’ve never had one.

It’s beyond my belief capability that it didn’t hurt. Did the piercer do anything to deaden pain? One of the time-honored traditions of getting a PA is one second of extremely intense pain. In my case, my pelvis left the table for that one second. I think you should go back and tell them you want it done RIGHT <g>. By comparison, I never even feel a flu shot and never get the flu.

Wise move. The one mistake I made was resuming pumping too soon.

Just my 4ga. 7/8” CBR. Would like to have a curved barbell too.

There is/was a Yahoo group that handled used jewelry. Don’t know exactly which PA group you’re in, but the one I was in had a lengthy discussion about sterilization methods. Boiling in water isn’t enough it seems.

Hey Tex:

I guess if I had to describe the feeling I got as the needle passed thru my circ scar would be akin to a very quick scratch, but certainly not like getting an injection. I would not describe it as “pain” and it was over nearly before it began. Of course, my dick is so little the needle didn’t have very far to travel, so maybe that’s why I didn’t have any pain:-) ~ My piercer is a medical student from Rome (Italy, not GA) and a classically trained pianist (ahem). Good hands I guess. She moved to London with her boyfriend. She’d pierced him about 4 days before she did me. I don’t think she used anything to deaden it because it’s slower to heal if you do.
