When the ligs are stretched, the LOT goes down (because the ligs are now looser/longer). When the tunica behind the ligs (inner penis) gets stretched, the LOT goes up (because the ligs are now tighter).

Some guys have reported that stretching the tunica has raised their LOT. If the shaft behind the ligs lengthens, it becomes longer in relation to the ligaments, therefore LOT should rise. Reports have confirmed this.

I think i have a LOT of 7:30… so what’s would be better for gains? The tunica stretches on high angles (To 12 to 3 o’clock) ?

Mine was 7:30ish, and I’m working the upper angles because I wasn’t feeling a good lig stretch, even hanging BTC. Once the shaft stretches out, it is simple enough to spend some time working ligs again.

This is what I’ve been doing since about a month after I started. Stretch ligs first, then tunica.

Started the exercises first, then found out I was doing both and said “cool” and kept doing it. :D

5 stretches for 15 seconds down, rotate and 30 seconds right

5 same but to the left

up for at least 2 minutes total stretching (sometimes two 1 minute stretches, other times I can only do 30 seconds per up stretch).

200 jelqs (3-4 seconds each stroke, varying erection between 60-90%)

10 ulis

10 horse440s if I can do all of them.
