Well that is subjective, but if you talk to girls in general having sex with such thing is most of the times far from being always a great experience, especially for anal and blowjob which make them go sore in 5 minutes.

In my experience they love it if it’s for one night stands but having to deal with something that big on a daily basis is generally a turn off for women.

I have been a regular visitor to boarding school as well as gym lockerrooms throughout the last 35 years. Put some recent Swinger Club exposure on top of that, and all I can tell you is that at least in central Europe, all the flacid dicks that I have seen would pretty much suggest that the distribution frequencies of the various studies that are out there and the size statistics that we have here on Thunders as well are correct:
a) around 70% of real men is most likely within the 4.5-6.5” bracket (erect), and then you have maybe around 15-20% bigger than that and 15-20% smaller.
b) Dicks bigger than 8” are most likely around 2-5% of the population max, and dicks bigger than 9” are around 0.5%-1% of population.

NHS info in my country state 1% of western men is longer than 22cm it says on homepage from a study of 3000 western men, not a full 9 inches.

“Western men” is a very wide term because there are differences between countries in Europe. For example, the average penis is much bigger in France than in the UK.

I have a hard time believing any of those study’s. 3000 men out of hundreds of millions isnt much.

The whole “Country X is bigger/smaller than Country Y” thing has pretty much been debunked. The only truth is there can be a minor differences in averages when comparing black to white to Asian (I think the largest difference I’ve seen stated in actual studies is around 0.5” or so).

If countries are different in average height why wouldn’t they be in average penis size?
