When stretching or hanging, What do you feel

Does your penis stay warm, spongy, and feel like there is stretching being done?

Right when I take my heat off, although I am still flaccid, I don’t feel like my dick is giving much, like it has much give.

I still get about 2 1/2 inches of stretch when I pull, but I never get this “fatigue” thing. Anyone have any ideas?

I have done up to 2 hours of hanging a day at various angles and this fatigue thing does not happen.

I know it’s not too low of a weight either, I am vac-hanging with 12 pounds. Although I have been at that weight for a few months.

I will also add in that It seems like my penis gets cold in ADS’s and seems like it is trying to retract.

Geez. 2 hours with 12 lbs…my dick would be sore as all getup.

I guess the only way I can help is to describe how MY fatigue feels. Normally, you don’t feel the ligs even though they are there. Once I hit fatigue I become conscious of a stretching / pulling feeling in my ligs and around the base of my penis. A kind of enjoyable soreness almost, like the feeling you have the day after you do 200 push ups and your chest aches a little bit when you move your arms.

How long have you been hanging?

Shit yeah I never get that, I meant sets of 30 minutes not two hours straight.

I have tried all angles and it seems like the most pull I get is from my head (vacu-hanger once again) although it is a great piece of equipment.

I have a very large girth, 7” base. But I think steroid use has something to do with it I have talked to others, it makes it not want to really stretch and give because whenever people come off they say they gain real quick. I actually am on hormone replacement but it’s a higher dose.

I have been hanging probably 6 months now.only .3” gains to date! Waste of time!

Yeah thats something… women take testosterone and their clitoris grows. If the same thing happened to men then the best method could possibly be Durateston!

A third of an inch in 6 months is not that bad. That’s a big tool you got there.

I always make sure I warm up properly first, made some bad mistakes before!

I stated that I do warm up.

Yeah whiskeyfish thank you but it is pretty bad, as I have done SO MUCH TIME. Perhaps I need to do way less.

I would stop lifting weights, eating high protein, and get off replacement therapy for a year. I know that might not all be possible, but it’s the strength of your tissues that’s making this harder than it needs to be.

You’re body is probably very efficient at repairing itself. When I was bodybuilding and tried gaining, it would be a lot harder to reach fatigue. The same thing happened when I was at over 300 grams of protein a day, too. Otherwise, the weight needs to be a lot higher to begin to realize some fatigue. That is mainly what you’re after, fatigue. If you aren’t getting any, you’re not deforming the tissues of the ligs- and later the tunica.

Dude! With a 7 inch girth that’s one hell of a monster! Try infrared heat. Its more concentrated and gets everything hot. My true gains came only after using infrared. I never felt fatigue until I used it. Trust me, you will feel the stretch.

I feel the same way Whiskeyfish does. Fatigue is more of an awareness its being stretched. Once I feel the stretch real good, I take away the heat and cool down with the hanger still attached, before resting for the next set. The stretched feeling should come progressively faster, and last longer for each set.

Very interesting. I cannot drop any of those, so I guess Ill just have to increase weight.

I have a question for you hopeful2hanglow regarding your infrared heating source. Sorry for asking this question in this thread but is infrared heat really safe on the body? I am kind of interested in this type of heat as well. Please respond. Thank you.

Why don’t you try a different type of hanger. When I started hanging, I used a home made Wench. The pull was much different and targeted my upper ligs ( attachment of ligs to pubic bone) much more than my inner tunica. The pull was more from the base and not the head as a VacHanger does. Give it a try you may feel the difference. At least it would start up some new routine and perhaps get you more in touch with other aspects of hanging.

I don’t think you have wasted time, just learned a few things.

Research is your best friend. Some people feel it may lower your sperm count if you don’t cover your balls (by this I mean it will kill the batch of sperm currently in your nuts, not permanently lower your sperm count). You can also burn your skin if you hold the light to close, as the heat is quite intense. Do a search on infrared heating and you might find more info. I can’t see any long-term damage being caused as infrared doesn’t give off UV rays.
