When to do PE ?!

I’ve been wondering this alot…At what part of a day(morning,afternoon,evening) is the best to do PE exercises for better gains? Does the special part of a day affect more/less the progression of PE or it doesn’ matter when to do PE ?

Do you do physical exercise? If so, you should do your PE after you exercise.

If you do PE in the morning, you can enjoy your improved flaccid all day long.

If you do PE in the evening, your nocturnal erections will be larger than normal.

But it seems better if you do PE before bed and afteward go to sleep, because of dick’s healing during the night when you are at sleep(rest)…Just like in bodybuilding….or it doesn’t matter…?!

That is a valid point. That is why you get nocturnal erections. It’s part of your penis’s rejuvenation process.

So it’s better to do PE before bed…Ok ;)

I love doing mine in the morning, but I can usually only do that on Saturday and Sunday.

Otherwise, I do it at night. I like it in the morning better because my dick is so plump and full. Plus, it responds better if I masturbate at night.

I do my PE day and night. I don’t believe the time of the day has an effect on your PE session.

I do my PE just before bed as it’s the only privacy I can get.

Man I do physical exercises and when I’m finish my body is so work out, I’m totally finished! I try to do manual stretch but my hands are so weak after the work-outs I can’t pull my dick, it’s funny but really I’m half-dead because I all ways work the max out of me. Ohh yes and I do my PE before I go to sleep.

I don’t think it makes a huge amount of difference. I can think of benefits to both.

If you do it in the morning:
- The nutrients you eat throughout the day will find their way to your dick earlier.
- Walking around and stuff will help blood flow.
- If you have problems with procrastination, it’s out of the way and you’re free to do whatever you want for the rest of the day.
- Blood flow is better in the morning because of your circadian rhythm increasing blood flow when you wake up, and it dips as the day goes on.

If you do it at night:
- You break your dick down and start healing very shortly after.
- Most people have more time at night.
- Your worked-out dick won’t be restricted by trousers or jeans all day.

You should try both and see what works best for you. For me, it’s morning. I know countless others (including myself) have made great gains doing it at night.


PE SMART - Quality is infinitely better than quantity. Monitor your progress. Make changes accordingly.

Although I’ve generally practiced at night, I believe the early morning hours are the best: since you have the best erections then.

And it’d be hell of a start to the new day! :)
