Current PE status - Contemplating Retirement. STARTED - 6.75"x5.25" CURRENTLY 7.5"x5.5" - BPFSL - 7.25"
Probaly JAI and V-Stretch’s when you are expierenced enough to do them well after doing basic manual stretchs (all directions) for a month or two… All the stretchs are good IMO though. :)

Depends. For ligs I like straight down while standing and under the leg with a foot on a chair. For the shaft itself I’m fond of fulcrum stretching over the back of my chair.
