Which is the best manual stretching method
Hi all, I started PE a little over a month ago. I started with OM and jelquing, but I find OM very uncomfortable, so here is my routine now:
I follow a 5 day on, 2 days (weekends) off
5 mins warm up with wash cloth
5 mins jelquing (3 sec strokes)
50 squeezes (rest and jelque a little bit after every 10)
maunal stretch:
4 directions, do 5 sets of 30 secs each way, increasing
another 5 secs every week
5 min cool down with wash cloth
What do you guys think of that? I just started doing the squeezes and my penis feels more “full” now when i am done. I would like to hang, but don’t have the time or privacy right now to do so. I started out at 5.75” bpel and 4.5” girth, now I am at 6.15” bpel and about 4.6” girth. Flacid length varies but it has increased for the most part. I will be measuring again in about 2 weeks. I have a goal of 7.5” bpel x 5.75” girth. Thanks
