Who's Been Making Progress?

It does not have to cost you an arm and leg. My hanger is commercial but my ADS is home made for about $8 and have used it about 12 months without any failure. Several of the commercial products would’ve failed already. If you want pretty buy commercial, if you want cheap go DIY.

Since getting my routine sorted out and up and running from end of December 2014, I’ve gained .25” in length, which came about after I did this for about 2-3 months then took a 2 month break, which is when I noticed the change.

Right now I’m still working the same routine after the break but measurements fluctuate between no change and an extra .25” increase when I measure myself erect. But I think I’ve hit a plateau here and need some change. Not sure if an upcoming break (October 28th for 2ish weeks in hospital) will create another increase.

Can A Good Extender Help Add A Second Inch?

Over the last year and a half I’ve managed to add on a solid inch, from 5 3/4” to 6” BPEL to 6 7/8” to 7 1/8” BPEL; my fat pad is a little less than a half inch. I did this wearing the ESL40 8-12 hours a day 5-7 days a week for about 16 of the 18 months and doing about 5 mins of manual stretching 3-5 days a week. I have been working outside the home the whole time I’ve been PEing so the ESL40 has seemed like my only real option for an ADS, but since I’m spending lots of time alone in my home office now, I just took advantage of a good cyber week special and bought an XL4 extender.

I feel like the ESL40 just can’t put on very much tension with causing problems with blisters on the glans, and even now it causes discoloration (hickies) sometimes.

My question to the forum is, has anyone been able to switch to a new extender method and add on top of already impressive gains? I love the fact that I’ve hit 7 inches, and my wife routinely winces from my length already in various positions, and I can always slip past her cervix into both fornixes which feels amazing, but I want to go for 8” BPEL now. Am I just pipe dreaming?

I’m well into my thirties so none of this is growth is attributable to just growing into an adult or anything, it’s definitely the result of PE, and I am still slowly gaining with the ESL so I don’t plan to stop with that either, just adding an hour or two in the new extender. Am I wasting time? Has anyone genuinely added 2” over years?

As for me I have been doing the stretches and the jelquing process and I just got finished doing a jelquing procedure Ian I am seeing a gain in legnith not so much in girth though

Erect legnith start was 5.75
Now erect legnith 6.5

I’ve been finding some BPFSL gains lately by reading through all the old hanging threads of Bib and using his ride the fatigue method. The more I read, the more I see all my “discoveries” in my PE practice have been around 10 years or more. They were often discussed with more detail and a greater spirit of innovation back then too. Most valuable PE method = reading.

When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

If you mean me, I’ve gained about 0.4” of BPFSL in a little over a month of hanging.

I’ve been at this for seven weeks; I stretch, jelq and pump, in that order. I’ve gained 0.5 x 0.35 inches in that time; these are apparently permanent. Gains have slowed now, but they are still coming. I PE A LOT!, like almost every day, sometimes twice. I find using pump cycles to higher pressure with a hard cock works best for me. I recommend arginine as well. I can measure, see and feel the difference. My wife has also noticed, and is really enjoying my extra size. Result!

I was doing PE very regularly for about 9 months. Mainly jelqing, streaching, and ADS. For the last couple months I also used a bathmate pump 2-4 times a week. I did make noticeable gains, probably .5in in length (BP) and around .25in in girth. That was good.

However, I ceased PE completely about a year ago for unrelated reasons, and have lost all the gains I had made. The gains lasted for several weeks but eventually went away.

Yoy need a maintainance routine. Say 10 minutes jelqing twice a week.For life.

I agree that I should have continued a maintenance routine, I wish I had. I have started a newbie routine again and am using my ADS. I’ve been PE’ing for 10 days now and feel good about what’s happening. I intend to stick with it as much as I can because I do think it works if you put in enough effort and time.

In the most literal sense, yes, you are pipe dreaming. I’ve seen multiple members on this forum who have in fact gained two inches in length.

Xenolith and Titleist are two I can think of off the top of my head.

I think that it’s important to keep in mind that, in my case, the first inch came after only 3 months, the second inch came after another year…and the next 0.5” (to current length) took another TEN YEARS!

The big slow down in BPEL after reaching 8.5” was due to me stopping hanging weights appropriate for producing length gains…I continue to hang very heavy weights for SKF training/muscle tone maintenance…and switching to girth gain focused methods…gained 1.0” MSEG over those ten years that I also gained 0.5” BPEL.

With respect to volume, to a first approximation, the first inch of BPEL came at a rate of ~ 1 cubic inch/month; the second inch of BPEL at a rate of ~0.5 cubic inch/month and the most recent 0.5” BPEL at a rate of ~ 1 cubic inch/YEAR! Things definitely slow down…but haven’t stopped…in fact, I recently gained BPEL at a rate of 1 cubic inch/month…exhumation of inner penis…super stoked and highly recommended…so yea, I’ve been making progress! :)

PE certainly can work, but it does take work.
