Who's Been Making Progress?

It seems that these days a vast majority of discussion on Thunders is on the classic years-old threads that are always being replied to, but it’s difficult to get a pulse on where people are in terms of innovation, and where people are making their progress. What do you say fellas? Who’s actively PEing and making strides, and what is working for you?

As for me, I am seeing small, consistent, continued gains in all directions through hanging daily, and pumping and clamping about twice a week.

Strangely, penises are pretty much the same and people who follow well trodden routines are minimising risk and maximising reward. We are a long way from noose hangers and such that littered the PE world with injuries in times of old (internet time). If you look at a lot of supposed innovation, it’s actually dressed up old stuff or bullshit.

I have been at it for almost 11 months. Gained 1.375” length, minor MEG gain and .5” BEG.


Started: (NOV14) BPEL 5" MEG 4.75" BEG 4.75"

Current: BPEL 6.438 MEG 4.875" BEG 5.25"

6 months of mostly jelqing. Gained .5” el and .25 meg. It works.

I’ve been at this 7 months, focusing on length, not girth. I’ve gained 1 3/8” BPEL, with manual exercises and hanging. Gained 1” in the first 3 months, and 3/8” in the last 4.

Progress

I’ve been stretching for about a month. In a couple of weeks there was a 1/4” length increase and a minor girth increase. I was quite taken aback. Even the my girlfriend, who’s very supportive on the matter, would tell me she notices. I’d tell her she’s stroking my ego, but thanks. I started out with 6.5 BPEL. Currently, BPEL is a 7.25”. Again .. About a month into the process.

Personally, if I were reading this, I’d say, “BS, buddy.whatever!” However, I am dead serious, and the girlfriend continues to tell me she notices. At this point I am noticing also. However, it needs to keep going or it will retract slightly.

I’ve read a lot about guys saying you “must” take a break or have heal time. Makes sense, but I used to stretch to obtain the splits, and there was very little off days because I was teaching Martial arts at the time. I stretched daily and for hours. What I found, and this is just my personal experience, that the more I stretched.. The more I stretched.

Now it’s important to note one technique about stretching that I apply, and that is that I stretch cold. No warm up. My warm ups were and with PE ARE this.. I stretch cold, but not too hard. Then I give a little break 3-5 mins as the tissue in flames and warms itself. Then I stretch again and go all out.

One thing that surprised me is the amount of force I use. It’s a lot, but is all manual. I want to feel the tensions. I think that’s important. However, after a good stretch I’ll mount up the X4 Labs penis stretcher and leave it on for about an hour. Sometimes with breaks. Sometimes not. I do what the man tells me (LOL) A.K.A.I listen to what the tissue tells me. Sometimes it begs for more, and sometimes it is like, “stop right there!”

Suffice to say, stretching is something I wish I did as a kid, when I had nothing else to do. All in all.. It appears to be working, and I’ll just keep at it.

Personally, I’d love to reach 8”, but for that to stick, I think I’d have to pull 8.5”. May be a while, but honestly it feels healthy stretching, just as it does for any other type of stretching. So I’m sold for now.

Great gains Just by the stretching…keep it up. I personally use the same cold pull manual stretches before hanging the ADS and it seems to work well. I’m about to hit 8.5 myself and the combined stretch\ ADS really seems to work well. Oh, and I agree…. no rest days to maximize length gains. Just my 2 cents.


Howdy.! Work smarter, not harder and learn from others mistakes. Photo verified start at 8" bpfs x 6.25" base. Currently 8.6.25 bpfs" x 6.375" msg. New goal 9" bpel x 7" msg.

I’ve recently hit a plateau with length gains. I had some decent length gains since starting, but recently I only gained girth. But I gain girth easily and want to focus more on my length. But also have only used manual PE, so no ADS or anything. Just stretching with my hands and jelqing. Interesting to read about no rest days and stuff. Going to try that. And maybe some of the guys can suggest some pumps or ADS that they really believe in. Our currency is weak so those products are very expensive here. Don’t want to buy something that doesn’t work.
