Why bother warming up?
If we are stretching/jelqing then we want to shock the tissue into deformation, so that it’s natural responce to repair elongated is triggered. It’s my belief that stretching a heated tissue is only going to increase it’s chances of returning to it’s normal shape.
If your a newbie i might agree with this, to prevent injury, but i’d like to discuss to approve or disproove this for conditioned P.ers.
