I never forgot what she said, not even during warm-up for soccer games back in Germany.

I broke my upper leg back in ‘78 and my mother didn’t allow the docs to operate. “You’re not cutting my son up,…” she screamed. :-s

So I was strapped into a, what I call, “Reverse Z” device. My legs were bent at a 90 degree angle for about 3.5 mo’s. After I got off, I was unable to strech both my legs/knees beyond that 90 degree angle. I might have made it to a mere 85 degrees, but not much more.

After months of physical therapy, to stretch my inner knee ligs back to their original length, I was able to walk. Good, huh? :thumbs:

Anyways, I applied the same principle I’ve learned in 1978 to the lig stretch exercises I do today to lengthen my dick:

I only do my entire streching workouts under a direct and constant heat source, like hot water in the shower (stream directly applied to the ligs) or using the heat from an infrared lamp, directed towards my groin area during the duration of my workout, may it be jelqing, stretching, horses or Uli’s….

The only thing I don’t do after each workout is a warm/cool-down or warmed cool-down. Nothing.

I went from 5.85” a month ago, flaccid, to 6.5” flaccid today.

What about flaccid stretched lenght or erect lenght? Flaccid sizes can vary so much. If you have definite gains, hell, I’ll soak in the shower while stretching too! :D

Actually I just recently started hitting the hot tubs at the gym, they are very nice and hot, and the stretches I get there are amazing .. and nobody can see what you are doing because they are so bubbled up. And there are private ones in the guys locker room so you can go in naked, works very well!

I’m sure it does. Gets really expensive if you do it at home, though. The heat has an effect. I’ve noticed that the best stretch I get is in sauna.

I haven’t measured flaccid stretched yet. I’d like to measure erect but can’t keep a full 100% erection; by the time I get the cam & ruler pointed, to document it, it’s down to a 70% maybe. I’ll do my best to post erect length soon, though.

I believe for every inch gained in flaccid length you gained 1/2 an inch in erect length. Might be wrong but it’s a great motivator, especially when you see changes. Cementing those gains now is the key.

As far as hot tubs go, I don’t know. Don’t own one, but I blieve the water temperature of hot tubs is not high enough. But by all means, give it a shot.

I took note of this idea of yours back when you first posted the therapist story. Because of it I keep a constant heat source on my ligs (rice sock) when I hang or stretch. I even bought a cheap microwave at Wal-Smart for the office just to keep that baby smouldering!

My head width has gone up from 1.75” to exactly 2”, circumference changed by roughly 0.74” and is up to 6.198”, measured with a tape and converted into decimal if that’s okay.

i always do stretching and jelqing for a few minutes daily in the shower under hot/warm water.. and ive gained like an inch over a few months without following any kind of schedule..

Here’s the schedule that, so far, works for me:

MORNINGS

Warm-up about 5 mins
15 mins of intense stretching
150 - 200 slow jelqs (depending on how much time I got on my hands)

EVENINGS
Warm-up about 5 mins (shower)
15 mins of intense stretching (shower)
15 mins of regular stretching (under infrared light to keep a constant heat)
500 jelqs (same heat source)
And some Uli’s, some Horses thrown in.

And to be completely honest… I’d love to see pictures. They are always so encouraging. Dick pics just weren’t the number one priority. ;)
