Alright, alright! Jeez! I have been “lurker” here for a few weeks (months?). I do not really remember. I only really started a formalized PE routine about three weeks ago. I would like to just say that I really appreciate ThunderSS for setting this thing up! I am also quite grateful to many of you veterans that have so graciously given your own information regarding PE. I feel like I am embarking on a journey having already avoided many of the pitfalls that newbies tend to fall into.
I may have only been performing dedicated PE for a few weeks, but I started my search many years ago (literally). I have never been happy with my size and my self confidence was rooted in other characteristics. I married young (age 19) and neither of us have had other sex partners. Even without prior experience, I have always been able to tell that my wife was not overly impressed with the size and performance of my penis.
I am very scientifically minded, and I began to seek ways in which to improve my “presentation”. Independently of outside influence, I devised a kind of jelqing that did little more than “plump” my penis and the effect never lasted very long. I experimented with self-styled hanging and manual stretching techniques that also provided no REAL improvement. In an effort to all avenues I purchased a penis pump and tried several “penile fitness” concoctions (pills, gels, etc.) and came to the conclusion that IF these things worked.they took more time, money and effort than I could give them. Disappointed, but not defeated, I continued my quest.
After finding this site (and visiting DLD’s MOS site) I redoubled my efforts and began using a homemade ADS everyday for about 8-9 hours. My current routine also includes daily application of a topical testosterone boosting Gel, complex vitamins, intense (but short) manual stretching, and a kind of ULI that seems to be working for me. I also pump occasionally for about an hour each session.
I am interested in clamping and will likely incorporate that into my routine in about two months. I have plans to begin edging very seriously as I would like to enhance my control.
All of this is being done without my wife’s knowledge, but in many ways I am doing it for her. It is my sincere hope that she will begin to notice positive changes on her own and that by the time her 32 birthday comes around, I will have some serious gains to give her as a gift. ;)
So, I guess now I have officially moved from “lurker” to fellow contributor.
Anyone have any comments as to my routine?
For the record, I am currently 31 years old and I weigh 165 pounds.
