After almost 4 years of inaction,having a girlfriend,lack of undisturbed place for PE etc., I’m now back into business.
4 years ago I’ve been doing PE for little bit over 2 months.Gains NONE.My routine was 5-10min stretching in all directions and jelq for 20-30min for the first month.The second month my BiB hanger came,and I started to hang.I ignored hand stretching and jelquing and just HUNG(my first mistake).In the begging(first week) I could hang for 40min to an hour(2-3 x 20min sessions,5min rest between) with 8-10lbs without a problem.I was so excited so I moved with weight addon very quickly(my second mistake,to qucikly adding on the weight).Few days later I could hang with 16 - 20lbs(8 - 10kg) very easily with a little discomfort,but hay no pain no gain :) .I never injured. I usually hung BTC and SD despite my low LOT( 7-7:30 o’clock).I’m now back into business smarter.I’m starting again with a newbie routine,I’m not going to rush anymore,just easily working with a newbie routine,follow the directions and be patient.The newbie routine will condition and prepare my dick for later ,more complicated exercises,so I will stick to it for the first 2 months,maybe 3.My accessories are: PE exercises, Bib hanger, and Kaplan’s pump( I bought it 4 years ago,but never used it properly because of my skin wich is connecting the glans and a shaft,it hurts when stretched hard,like is going to brake).I’m consider buying a ADS in time.I think my worst mistake is rushing and forcing the weight to quicky so the cock adapted very easily.What’s your opinion??!!
We’ll se how this will work with PE exercises, and in time I will conjuct all accessories I have with PE exercises.Wish me luck, and every advice on a routine is welcome!
Stats: almost 6” nbp , 5.2” girth @base , 4.85” - 5” midshaft. I want another inch in both ways! :)
