Women’s Size Preference: Compilation Of Articles

Responding to member’s request, here is a non-comprehensive list of studies and/or articles on women’s penis size preference. There are likely many more available so please add to this list. Please try and stay with reputable sources. One of the issues I found in my limited search is that the same study shows up in many places and you have to read through the article to determine if it is just a repeat or is indeed a new study.

In my opinion, the most well known study is of the 3D printed penis models (Prause study). It is a widely published study. Some report specific preferences in inches/cm, others are more general.

The list:

1) Prause Study:

2) Does Penis Size Matter? 100 Women on the Length vs Girth Question

3) Here’s What Millennial Women Really Think About Penis Size

4) Survey of 26,473 women finds 84% of them are satisfied with their man’s penis:
How Women REALLY Feel About Penis Size | Psychology Today

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

These studies are essentially void of anything interesting.

Length or girth was the question in the Men’s Health survey? It was like 6x4 vs 4x6 as the only options. Why not have length and girth as an option, especially since longer than average ones are usually also girthier?

Cosmo asked women “are you happy with what you have?” “Is size an issue?” and “How often do you orgasm from penetration alone? (without correlating anything)”

Research Gate showed that 6.4x5 is ideal for “one night” and 6.3x4.8 is ideal for “long term” for women who had to choose between 33 different size models.

Psychology Today came with the amazing info that 84% of women are satisfied with the one attached to the guy they are currently with. 14% would like bigger, and 2% smaller.

Can I have my 20 minutes back? Thanks!

And you were expecting what?

You don’t think 84% of 26,400 women being happy with their guy’s penis isn’t of value?

In my opinion those articles clearly indicate that the vast majority of men are concerned about penis size for no valid reason. The vast majority of women sure don’t seem to have an issue.

I remember seeing one study/article about size of most frequently bought sex toys by women.
I do not remember the results but I think it was one of the more valuable study because:
1) women choose what they like and what is ideal for them.
2) by this way we exclude the possibility of false size guesses by women because we know exact measurements of these toys.

If someone care it should not be hard to find it.

Asking women what size they prefer is pointless I believe, because:
1)we lie to them about our size so their size estimation is bad.
2)they usually can’t guess the size very well.

Asking them if size is important and what they prefer, if girth, length or both is more valuable.

But if we want find something as “ideal” size then we should probably look more into these sex toys sizes that are bought by women.

"If you desire one thing for so long, it is a given that you will miss other things along the way. That is how it is... that is life."

Post it here when you find it.

Of course there’s value to knowing that, but it doesn’t give additional info on the 14% who would like bigger or the 2% who would like smaller. The top 2% penis sizes would be 6.9x5.6 or larger (1.8x average volume). The bottom 14% would be something like 4.75x4.0 or smaller (.6x average volume). Certainly some of the women in either category are not referring to penises in those upper/lower brackets.

Who’s to say that a valid reason has to do with a woman’s stated preference is in an opinion poll or size comparison study? There’s plenty of anecdotal information posted right here that suggests that guys who have success with PE receive positive feedback from their partner most of the time even if they start well above the median size.

One thing for certain is that guys worry about it far more than women do and they shouldn’t avoid making the most of what they have. Do PE if it makes you happy. Chances are your woman will be just peachy with it too.

These days I was talking to my wife about female preferences. I told her about my theory that the saying should be “size makes a difference” because most women only have contact with the average, as only a small percentage will be 7.5x5.5 or greater.

That woman who has a date with one of these won’t want another smaller one. Perhaps this survey shows some of that, 84% are satisfied that they only know the average, 14% already know the above average and 2% have monsters as partners.

In my experience with my wife, I believe that a little more length would make the difference, since I won the EP, she started to enjoy the stimulation of the cervix. So she couldn’t have known that because I was the greatest she’s ever had.

With my ex-wife when I went from 6” to 7” bp (5,5” eg) and diamond hard EQ, and she started to have deep spot orgasms every time within first minute of penetration with 3 different position. Before that 11 year without orgasm in penetration. And that only required one inch or less more to only about 7” bone pressed. But it worked only with 100 % EQ. Next woman after that I teached same technique and she had deep spot orgasm within first minute. She never before had experienced that. Once she told me that “feels amazing, size matters after all”, that time talking probably girth and 10/10 EQ.

My GF

Hello TP,

My girlfriend had some big ones although she says she doesn’t care about size.
Enclosed is a photo of one from her collection (can someone guess how big it is?).
Thanks

Sorry, your photo is not allowed in this thread because it is in a public forum.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

It came to mind that size is nothing if one can’t use it. Or maybe with girth there is no skill to use, but with length there is. There is few techniques that require some length and some woman like those techniques very much. I know only one deep technique and that worked very well with few woman like I writed above. With those women it did not reguire huge dick at all. Just slightly above average did it. I don’t know if there would have been any advantage with that technique if I was 1-2” longer (8-9” bp).

So it could be that some women who have experience with big, do not have experience with big and skill to use it.

I’m still convinced that the vast majority of sane, healthy women don’t have a heavy priority on their “size preference” (assuming they have one at all), and often times can find sex both fulfilling and pleasurable with a man possessing a modest endowment if a strong connection is there (i.e. chemistry, attraction, etc). Any added size is a cherry-on-top.

I agree and sometimes they might just prefer average:-)

Great thread 32, thanks for starting this!

I also agree relative to the Prause study.

Prause is good.
Also good, a study on male body attractiveness and the flaccid penis:

https://www.pna … ent/110/17/6925

Surprise: bigger is better.
" A preference for a larger-than-average penis is qualitatively consistent with some previous studies (30⇓–32), but our results differ in showing that the most attractive size appears to lie more than 2 SDs from the mean (i.e., no evidence for stabilizing sexual selection, in contrast to refs. 30⇓–32)."

You want to be >13cm flaccid to be golden. This makes total sense IMO.
