Really, I work a lot with some people about their problems. Usually just the simple problems of life, nothing too serious. And yes, sometimes people really need to get reality smacked in their faces, so they can wake out of their dreamworld.


PE isn't a chore. PE is a lifestyle.

I think most of the so called guru’s of PE are in the “Less Is More” crowd. These people have all this success, and everyone goes WOW! He must really know the PE bible! Then the guy starts to believe it himself. And you know whats next. Its posts like this that reminds the majority of us that PE is not easy. I think that there is probably more “More is More” people out there than less is more. At least thats what my thread “Less is More, or More is More” seems to indicate.

The less is more people are likely the tentative types that put there health first and tend to worry more than the average person. The more is more types (like me) go balls to the wall in everything they do.

I’m somewhere in the middle myself. I know when stretching my legs and other parts, that I get better flexibility from moderate stretches over a long period of time. If I were to stretch that body part harder, over a short period of time I would get less flexibility.

Since the penis has mostly ligament type fibers in it I believe more stretching, over a longer period of time is best. I think the less is more philosophy is more geared towards muscle growth.

I see your point. For me it’s simply about what works and what doesn’t.

I’m talking post-newbie period here. I used to want to believe in “less is more”. Why wouldn’t you, it’s very tempting, like a magic pill. Do less, gain more! Sound too good to be true! And for me it was, wishful thinking comes to mind :) But I don’t deny it works for other people, especially if you are a newbie of course. I might be wrong but it seems to me that most of the big gainers use/used the “more is more” approach.

There are several factors in PE to take into account. Intensity, time, frequency, etc.

I think your question hit the ball on the head Dicko. More is more means all those things I believe. You constantly have to up the “intensity, time, and frequency”. If you just pull lightly your not putting enough intensity into your workouts. If you just put in a few minutes a day, your not putting in enough time. Same for the frequency….unless your lucky 1 day a week won’t cut it. I personally don’t feel like even three days a week is enough.

I subscribe to the same theory many of the veteran pe’ers do: “Never let it heal”. If your penis isn’t tired, or you don’t feel a pull in your ligs, or stretch in your tunica, then your wasting your time. Since healing can take place within 24 hours I force myself to do mostly every day, but I definitely won’t go more than one day without a workout.

I don’t think anyone has to implement Bibs routine of all day, every day. But at the same time you have to work it. If someone can barely touch their toes, they aren’t going to magically be able to do it one day if they just stretch once a day for 10 seconds. I apply the same to my penis.

I almost always come on to Thunders while I’m working my dick so I don’t lose sight of my goals and get lazy, or go half-assed.

Chane up, change up, at least keep PE interesting. If you find yourself bored or distracted time to change up. If your bored your dick and body is bored. Same as doing the same old gym routine year after year. Your muscles atrophy from pure boredom.

Starting stats: JAN 09: 7 3/8" BPEL x 5 1/2" EG mid-shaft

Goal for the first 12 months: 8 1/2" BPEL x 6 1/2" EG mid-shaft and a bigger head.. :D

Goal for life: 9 1/2" BPEL x 7 1/2" EG mid-shaft !
