Great advice as always Mem. If you’re new to PE or these forums, Mem is one you should definitely listen to.
“Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism” has been in my bookmarks since he wrote it, and it’s what started me on the road to actually gaining. I spent several months “playing” with PE until that post. I went to Mem’s routine and immediately saw results. Not only does it work, but it’s sane, safe and incorporates almost all of the important basics of PE that you’ll need to know in order to be successful. It’s still the basis for my routine today.

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.
