Wrap while training in the gym?

My dick turtle a lot while training. And I mean fitness training, for example bicycle or rowing machine.

1. Do you guys wear a wrap to prevent turtling while fitness training?
2. If you do, what kind of wrap do you use?
3. When you bicycle there is a lot of moments going on in your legs, and that’s when the turtle spirit in the dick pull it into the fat pad. I have tried to find a comfortable place but it always seem to turtle anyway. Where do you place the penis when you bicycle with- or without a wrap?

I have thought about buying something that look like the “MAGNETIC THERAPY WRIST WRAP”,
but is not magnetic.

I think I’d advise you to let your body do what it wants to when you put it under duress.

But if you do buy a wrap, the one you mentioned is good, just remove the magnet yourself.

I didn’t find it, but I bought another wrist wrap today.

If this wrap, that I bought, is not comfortable I probably order the magnetic tera-p wrap.

I like to wear golf weights on the treadmill or eliptical. On a bicycle I would be concerned of injury caused by your dick not moving out of the way when it needs to. Be careful.

I have been wrapping / ace bandage ADS-ing recently while doing upper body workouts in the gym. I’m way too scared to wrap while doing a leg working, especially squats. I can just imagine going down with some heavy weight and feeling a pop of intense pain, and having my dick head come rolling out of my pants leg onto the floor. Though I’m not sure if the fear of that is justified.

Unless you’re exercising in the nude, who cares what your thingy looks like under your gym shorts?

I guess nonone use wraps when fitness training(biking, running) . I will try it carefully.

I use a wrap all the time, including at the gym (I use ACE bandage-type wrapping). I have never had any problems.

But don’t wear tight shorts :)

Under wrap

I use What-A-Grip on my penis all day and night. Take if off when jelqing and stretching and put it back on for hanging, then put it back on to pervent turttling.

Your dick turtles because your body are in the need of blood somewhere else, that is the muscles you are training. It is the way our bodies work. Let your penis turtle, every ones penises turtles when they are training. If you are scared to show a turtled penis in the showers, go to the bathroom then and massage your penis a little before going to the locker rooms.

Don’t worry, you are not loosing your size.
