I am beginning to think that you MUST see expansion of you cock at each session to make gains. However…. expansion means you have stretched BEYOND your normal range. This can translate to STRESS. I have experienced some of my greatest SHRINKAGE following some of my best expansion.
The trick ( I’m starting to think) is to get just enough expansion to stretch your unit without causing inflammation and a reactive contraction.
How can you tell? Observe your unit over the day or two. A longer hanging flaccid is a very good sign. Improved erections (quality and quanity) are an excellent sign. The BEST sign of all is a bigger dick! Measure frequently, measure during full, inflated erection and also flacid stretched length.
I was experimenting with pumping while clamped…my dick was HUGE and hard, not mushy. I got so enthusiastic I did it about 5-6 times in that one day.
It resulted in almost a full one half inch shrinkage that took weeks to recover from!
On the other hand, I have experienced my best gains from a routine where I go good expansion, then called it a day.
So I think the trick is to get expansion without inflammation. So some of the things that seem to allow that is mild to moderate forces over longer times and heat seems to allow greater stretching without inflammation.
For you guys that have had the great expansion, get back to us and let us know if you are getting improved physiologic indicators ( improved erections, harder, bigger more frequent).
If you aren’t, it may just mean you need to take more days off between sessions to recover.
