Coldness is definitely a sign of poor circulation and needs to be watched, but still a long way from cell death. Numbness is much more problematic and needs to be attended to, as does extreme paleness (lack of circulation) and the other opposite, very dark (abnormally dark; trapped, non circulating blood).

I have tried stretching 24/7 and had some decent success with it.

Unfortunately I had encountered a few blisters and my glans skin became really hard like a scab and I had to stop.

Sadly. My glans is prone to blisters now.

I may try taping again but even that caused a blister last time. I was probably just using too much tension but I digress.

I wanted to create my own thread detailing my PE journey over the last two years but I can’t yet.

I’d also suggest if it is comfortable then you aren’t wearing it properly. Any device which stretches the penis leads to a discomfort level which one attempts to keep at the “tolerable” level.

I have a tungsten glans ring I often wear which keeps my flaccid slightly elongated, but does not lead to any gains. It is comfortable to wear most of the time yet every so often can pinch severely.

I think my near 2” of verified gains would say that I am wearing it correctly.

Growth should not be uncomfortable. The cap and sleeve puts about 2lbs of pressure all day long so I think it is more than enough.

Do any of you have suggestions on how I can prevent my glans from swelling or blistering?

I’ve tried various ways of taping with micropore tape. I’ve tried taping while erect. Unfortunately this resulted in a small blister again on top.

I’ve tried taping while flaccid. This resulted in my glans STILL swelling and causing some fluid retention. And this also resulted in a majority of my glans skin becoming hard/scabbed over.

I’ve also tried brushing two layers of NewSkin/liquid bandage on my glans. But leave the urethra opening clear. And then putting tape on top of that. Which seems to work. But I need to keep testing it. The only problem is that this takes too long to do and is cumbersome.

I want to keep stretching but I constantly have to stop for weeks on end due to blisters.

I’ve found that even the recommended pressure levels on most products to be too much. For example, I’ve used the phallosan forte for years. In the actual instructions it recommends to pump the vacuum until all the air is removed which usually takes me about 3 pumps. For me the best method to prevent any blistering has been to just pump it once which is just enough pressure to keep me from slipping out. The bathmate instructions recommend pumping until you can’t pump any more water out and I’ve always found this to be entirely too much pressure. 1-2 pumps on that for me as well.

Just trying to clarify your statement where you clearly indicated your “near 2”” gains were from the ADS. If this is not what you meant perhaps you should try and communicate better.

Pretty clear you are implying your gains were from wearing the ADS. Sorry, from wearing it “correctly”. Thanks for correcting that statement.

Could you share how you use this? I have tried using a sleeve while I pump and even keep it on after but don’t think it helps that much with girth and if I’m honest, not much in the length dept either.

I have a vacuum ADS I bought on ebay with a cap but it doesn’t sound like that is what you are using.

I was concerned about it at first, since my glans always gets cold in the vacuum extender, but it hasn’t ever hurt anything that I can tell. There’s no loss of sensitivity or feeling of numbness, anyway.

I’m operating under the assumption that when stretched out flaccid it just loses heat faster than when tucked against my balls and thighs.

Yeah, sounds like we are talking about two different things. It is not a vacuum cap. I wish I could remember where I bought it but it literally just looks like a cone with a hook on it for he bungie cord. I put a sleeve over that and it unrolls down my dick and that is my ADS.

I second this. My glans always gets cold and after nearly 5 years there is no damage or loss of sensation at all.
