No, the ADS is not LG. I am sure there is tension on the glans but that is not a bad thing, everything is connected.

I will post update photos soon and try to find the brand of ADS that I use. I found it the other day but forgot. Something like the Autoxtender? or something like that. It is basically a little white cap that you put a sleeve over.

Just tried my first day of 24/7 ADS use and no problems at all. I am curious at the impact on the speed of gains of constant tension on the penis. My assumption is that gains will dramatically increase as the penis will heal wether it is under tension or not and now it will 100% be healing while extended. When I get up once or twice to use the bathroom at night I still check everything out so I am really not too concerned.

Your penis will get used to that tension after a short time and then you’ll need more tension and that will repeat until the tension needed will get to be unhealthy. Good luck.

That is true anyways. Hence why you always need to increase weight. Am I wrong?

You are correct. The problem is shortly you will exceed the limits of the elastic fibers and they will scar.

Well, I cannot really feel any type of suction although I know it is there. I have tried using more substantial ADS things like the Total Man and the LG but they always make my glans cold and dark. This maintains circulation for me all day.

My understanding is this happens anyways with hanging which is exactly why you you should hang daily and use an ADS. To avoid scare tissue from forming.

Would you mind going more into detail? I feel like you may know something that I do not.

I just unroll the sleeve and take it off and then use the bathroom. Might sound gross but I just pee through the glans wrap and then use toilet paper to dry everything off before I reapply the ADS. You could also just keep a roll of glans wrap in your pocket and take it off and reapply every hour but that is just a bit too much for me.

All human tissue needs a chance to rest. Did you ever have braces as a kid? They put all that metal on you and the orthodontist would come in a tighten the wires. That caused tension on the teeth and your teeth hurt for a few days.Then they felt fine for a few weeks before you went back and tightened them again. The movement of the teeth had to be done slowly, in increments. That movement involved bone, ligaments and soft tissue. Now why didn’t the orthodontist just tighten them every week and instead of going 2 years with braces you could move all the teeth where you want them in 3 months?

The constant tension would destroy the bone around the teeth, ruin the ligaments that hold the teeth in and cause unwanted changes in the soft tissue. The body works best and heals better by a duration of tension followed by time to rest, recover and remodel.

The body can adapt to changes as long as you give it time to recover/remodel. You want some big biceps? Go pump some iron; can you pump iron all day? Nope fatigue will set in and if you keep forcing it you’ll damage the muscle.

When we’re kids do we grow a bit everyday? No not really. I’m sure you heard of growth spurts. You grow for a bit ( like the tension you talk about) and then the body has time to rest and recover before the next growth phase.

That’s how the body likes to work. I have learned whenever I did something that was against what the body likes well it paid me back and I was sorry for it.

So why does the ADS not work as the braces holding the tissue and all that in place just like the braces do after being tightened. That seems exactly like what I am doing. Tightening with hanging and then holding it in place with the ADS.
