I don’t really know but to me once you hang and then go right to an all day stretcher the tissue doesn’t go back to it’s original size does it? You assume and you maybe right that once you hang and you’re a bit stretched out that locking that in place with an ADS in it’s stretched form will allow it to heal at that size. Hey maybe so but in my years of physiology and anatomy I never found that to be the case. My knowledge of biology/human cellular structure leads me to believe that with the tension of hanging those cells in a sense “know” that they have to elongate and when allowed to return to their natural resting place then they make the changes in response to the stimulus ( hanging) they were given. I don’t know if keeping things in place allows for that.
