3D printable penis extender adaptation for X4labs and MonkeyBar Vac Extender

Hi Mjana,

Can you please 3D print a Vstretch attachment too.
My rods are 3 inch apart and I don’t think Monkeybar’s would fit me. I have mailed him too but he rarely replies.

Hello zero0x,

I can 3d model it, so you can print it. Since i don’t have the vstrech I need the general measures to start.

01/02/2010 17,5cm BP x 13,25cm 18/03/2010 18,3cm BP x 13,5cm Rest. = 3,5cm x 3,5cm ---meta---> 21cm BP x 16,5cm=>

this mainly and in metric system please :)

3d Printed PE using shared parts thus far

Greetings gentlemen. It’s great to sync up with yourselves and collaborate on a common design that helps fit the needs of those here today and those who may find themselves drifting through later.

I have purchased an PE from the web that was very much the same STL files shared here in the earlier portion of the post. I found myself having out grown the base model sent and was left to going back to the web for extension rods. Having a 3d printer and always looking for ways to put it to good use, there had to be a better solution. I found this thread through search and after going through found the base STL files for the one I bought as well modifications that PCNinja had made to the cradle and shared out. I have to say, the upgrade to the cradle is an absolute step forward to the base design, big time props here to PCNinja on that as well, for sharing out.

Because of the great work put in so far, I was able to take the STL files and modify them to create a near pure print PE device. There is no metal, no screws. Only parts needed is the tubing and a rubber band. A bit about the design.
- Modified the cradle and added connector bolt at the ends. This allows the rod to screw through the top and grip the cradle.
- 2 printed bolts (8mm) go through the cradle and connect to the base rod through built in connector bolt.
- Base rod does not have any screws but is flat so that it fits within the rod holder which fits within the base.
- Rod holder fits into the base allowing the rod to slide in allowing lateral movement.
- * Extender rod are stackable and go in between bolt and base rod.

Difference from the purchased model is the moving parts were metal and included springs in the rods for tension gap. Giving up the springs in the design made it more durable and as pure a print as possible. Like everything, anyone getting into PE really does have to educate themselves before making choices to stay safe and understand the how and why things work as they do in this case. Information and knowing yourself, learning from the mistakes of others will only save you from learning them on your own. Bless everyone who shares their experiences so we all are wiser for them. That said, operation without a spring has not been an issue. Rods easily move which allows personal adjustment to where it should be.

I had to make some modifications to the base designs to extend the width of the rods to increase durability. I have had a bolt break on me dude to my own error. An hr later it was replaced with one hot off the printer.

The print is in PETG at 100% infill.

I have found that this model is an improvement from the original as far as comfort and use. The slight increase in size of the base width isn’t enough for me to notice. The PETG will flex more then PLA which makes the model itself less brittle.

I want to share the model out here as this is where it has originated. I want the gentlemen out there to have a safe option for themselves. From all the reading, this is what I found as one of the safer options for myself.

Upload attempt of PE-2021 STL files

Follow-up with attempt to load the zip file which contains STL printable files. First post ran into difficulties.

I just I started looking for a printable extender, and found this. Amazing.

Where can I get the tubing? And could you please bless us with a walk-through of it’s proper use?

Thanks for creating these files.

Parts and Usage

Many Thanks for the kind reply. I’m glad I got it out there in time to find the design.

The tubing itself I had around the house as left over parts from O2 tank. It is basically 1/2 inch hollow rubber tubing. You can source this from several online locations that would sell medial equipment such as O2 generators and replacement tubing. Rubber is important (unless your allergic, know thyself) so that it adds an elasticity and give.

General use is very simple. The base idea is shown in post #2 in this thread mjana - 3D printable penis extender adaptation for X4labs and MonkeyBar Vac Extender

IMAG0509.jpg This shows orientation forward (the way you would see it from your perspective) The Base and Cradle have a front and back to them.

When using, you need to make sure your warmed up. You will also want to make sure you give yourself a very good read on the subject and the physical risks and what leads to them. I won’t be able to recap it all here for you but starting with education will in itself help explain how the device helps.

Once warmed up and fully extended, the shaft is put through the loop on the cradle and the loop tightened for a comfortable fit. Rubber band is then moved to the top of the hole to keep the rubber tubing from slipping. (It will happen anyway but it will slow the process down)

IMAG0510.jpg shows the reverse side (facing away) and how I loop the tubing through and tie off. The idea is to do so while firm. The design of the cradle allows for several ways to tied through. To be 100% honest, the only one that is needed is the top loop. The rest go to support that top loop by disturbing the grip across multiple points vs the 1. As you use it, you will find what works best for yourself.

Base goes on first before Cradle is put on. The Rod posts will go into the base holds and hold in place there. Cradle should be at lowest point on the screws when putting on. The Base is orientated forward with the Urethra gap forward to allow space.

Once in place and at its lowest or closed position, you turn both the extender rods to extend or push out the cradle away from the body. Keeping blood in the tip during the process is also something you should read up on further. As you are stretching ligaments and tendons you are triggering the bodies natural healing responses. Much like weight training. You work your muscles and form micro tears which in turn triggers the bodies response to repair by making more. The process is the same here.

It is a slow process but what I have read, accumulative. So, 3hrs a week will do the same as 3 hrs in a single day. Its a slow process and one that a lack of patience with is what tends to leads to injury. (Not a Dr, just an observer).

Let me know if there is anything else I can help out with. All said, don’t trust me, trust your own research. It’s your body, your investment.

Be well

Blkwolflh, great contribution. I’ll be printing one and to give it a try.

I also think the usability of the glans mechanism could be improved by using a simple suction cup with an adapter.

Like in post #4 of this thread: Aliexpress Vacuum suction clone

For anyone printing this, the STL for the rod holder that fits in the base, is missing. Till Blkwolflh posts this missing piece, you can use the attached STL.

This piece is a crude design with a hole to fit the base rod. This hole is off-center to create some friction. The THINNER SIDE around the hole should rest against the inner wall of the base cavity where this piece fits.

Wider Extender Base

[QUOTE=mjana]
Hello everybody!

Well, basically the idea of this small proyect was to redesign x4labs plastics parts for a conforble use with vac extender cap and sleeve. In a standard X4 labs extender you wouldn’t be able to use vac extender kit since the distance of the bars are too small for this.

So the transformation consisted simply by separating the bars and making the base wider enough so you can pass throw the vac cap with the sleeve.

Is there any way a wider base STL can be made? A base with an opening of 76.2 millimeters or 3 inches? Sorry for the random request!

Thomasmac4291,

I could do it, but can I know for what kind devise or reason you need an opening that big? Do you need it for for an x4labs metal parts?

Hi Thomasmac4291,

That is good inut. For what brand is the rod hole designed?

It’s for the phallosan forte plus system. I have the rods and rod holder from phallosan forte but there base is very uncomfortable. I want something that I can adjust with tape if It’s too wide.

Tell me the following measures (hopefully in metric);
