3D printable penis extender adaptation for X4labs and MonkeyBar Vac Extender

Hello everybody!

Well, basically the idea of this small proyect was to redesign x4labs plastics parts for a conforble use with vac extender cap and sleeve. In a standard X4 labs extender you wouldn’t be able to use vac extender kit since the distance of the bars are too small for this.

So the transformation consisted simply by separating the bars and making the base wider enough so you can pass throw the vac cap with the sleeve.

(All the files are in STL format).

Cool thing to do. I was considering something similar due to issues I’m having with the PMP I just bought.

I hope it’s okay to ask a few questions.

How big is the opening on the ring?

How expensive is the 3d printing? Just trying to ballpark if I should be looking for a new unit or modify what I have.

Can you modify the design? Basically I’m wondering if I could take my base in to a 3d printing service and just modify the opening.

What do mean with ‘opening ring exactly? is the base inner circle? if is that is 5.1mm diameter.

What extender do you have?

Like 5 to 7usd per hour of printing. So you can make an idea, only the base took me 3 hours in high resolution.

Yes, I meant the base. I think I read somewhere that it is called the “basel ring,” so I was just trying to sound like I know what I was talking about.lol. You can’t mean mm, though. 5.1cm seems correct (for anyone else reading this), which comes out to just over 2”.

I have a Penimaster Pro. I will be trying to sell it as soon as I have enough tenure to make a post. I waffled a bit, but I really wanted to get moving on this. So I put in an order for a SizeDoctor. Your information is really appreciated, as I might still be looking to make modifications. It will be nice to have options if the base or the vac attachment don’t work out as well as I’m hoping.

You are right! I meant 51mm or 5.1cm. I did this beacuse I believe the best
Many vac extenders work great, and in my experience I did used a non original Dr Size and it wasn’t useful for me, maybe beacuse I do not have a mushroom estructure penis or maybe coz wasn’t the original, It got slip out of the cup really easily.

Have you saw monkeybars product? those worked fine for me.

Yes, I looked at monkeybars. I think it would work well, but I’m mobile quite a bit and I’m concerned about the bars catching inside my clothing. Also, I’m a bit worried how long it might take to get the vac attachment off if I hear the call of nature.lol.

I don’t think my glans is out of proportion with the rest of my penis, but it is pretty large. Large enough that it was totally compressed in the PMP bulb and it was pretty painful. I guess I’ll find out when I receive the SizeDoctor.

Ok, it looks like the SizeDoctor is not going to work for me either.. Getting really frustrated trying to find an extender that will work for me. I like the idea of a vac extender, but I think I’m gonna have to switch over to a strap extender. I will probably keep looking at vac devices to see if I can find one that will work for me, but meanwhile I’ll at least have something that works. I’m thinking I’ll get the X4, so I have all the pieces, and use your modifications. Any chance you did an STL file for X4’s Quad Support piece?

I really sorry to hear that you got the same luck as me.
The monekeybar vac in my experience resulted to be a really good attachment.

Let me ask you why do you want that if you are going to use the strap version? is beacause you are going to buy only the spare parts of it? If is like that try to find something cheaper than the complete X4 extender at ebay. If you steel convised to do it I can help you to model one.

And the material of these pieces are made with PETG wich is a more resistance plastic, but more expencive than ABS and of course PLA, anyway I do not think you have to do it with that material, with ABS you would be alright.

I’ve been trying to figure it out. I downloaded FreeCAD and I’ve been messing with it, but I have no idea how to create from a pic.

My plan is to use the straps, and I’d like to be able to use it with your base, but I want the option of changing over to vac if I can find a device that will work. I really feel that the way the vac attaches should be more effective, so I want to keep that option open.

I appreciate the info on the ebay.. But you’re about an hour too late.. Lol. Yep, I already purchased.

I just set up a return for the SizeDoctor, and I’ll be putting the PMP up for sale on a thread as soon as I’m allowed to create one.

Is really difficult to create such a geometry from a picture, but I got a the original sigle support from I made an adaptation. I modeled this part for you but since 3d printing models require some adjustment in crucial details like strap entrance and holes I do not guaranty 100% that the print will be precise with the strap or plastic laces. You could sand the holes in order to reach the desire measures. Another clarification is that this modeled piece does not contain the silicon strap lock system.

Also recommend you to print both since the different geometry (see compare pic) makes non compatible, but if you only want to print one, then drill the design to make it compatible with vac.

Well, I got the X4 and I tried every attachment method.. After squeezing myself (painfully) into the wide girth base. I swear I’m about ready to give up on this. I was thinking I would just hold off till I could get the larger parts 3d printed, but I couldn’t get any of the straps (comfort, velcro, or noose) to work acceptably. At this point I have a fair amount tied up in this (I’ve bought 3 different extenders), so I need to wait till the refunds post before I try something else. And I still need to sell the PMP because no refund is available.

When you reference mokeybar’s vac, you’re talking the one on the Autoextender site. Correct?

Do you find that it works well? I might go that route.. Or LG Hanger.
