What are you refering by “Metal Height”?

Also I need the 3 measures from the draw made in black lines, the one that is under the metal circle part.

My apologies here’s all of the measurements

Measurements:
Metal diameter: 2.1 cm/ .826 inches
Hole diameter: .55 cm/ .216 inches
Thread diameter: .36 cm/ .141 inches

Longer side diameter from edge to hole: .2 cm/ .787 inches
Hole diameter: .55 cm/ .141 inches
Shorter side diameter from edge to hole: .13 cm/ .051 inches

Ok I will work on it this weekend. I just hope you have been really precise with the numbers, I guess we will know on the first print.

Cheers

STL files

I checked out the shared file and it is a .RAR extension which I’m unable to open. I’m looking for the STL files. I want to use the cradle to modify my extender. Thanks.

I just downloaded and I did not had any trouble with it, do you have the the proper software to open RAR files?

Modification-PMP Glans cup

Hi mjana,
I am pissed since my glans is too big to be accommodated in the PMP supplied glans cup. I confirmed with the German supplier, they only have once size to fit all policy so far. MY question: Any modification ideas you got? Or a new glans cup needs to be 3D -printed along with associated ring assembly? I so then how to source the rubber parts to go with the increased size? Thanks for your guidance/comments.

Hi PCNinja,

No problem with any question.

“How big is the opening on the ring?”

What do mean with ‘opening ring exactly? Is the base inner circle? If is that is 5.1mm diameter.

What extender do you have?

“How expensive is the 3d printing?”

Like 5 to 7usd per hour of printing. So you can make an idea, only the base took me 3 hours in high resolution.

“Can you modify the design?”

Yes I can

Hello swollenmushroom,

Sorry for my late response but my profile is liked to an old email of mine.
What you mean with PMP?
Which extender are you using? penimaster? if is that one you can find a bigger cup at ebay
For a suction cup I suggest to use resin 3d prints intead of filament 3d prints, due to the porosity of the last metioned they would’t retain the air pressure.

Mjana,

I had the file printed (attached) that you designed for X4 Labs extenders with a 2" inch penis hole by a free public library 3D printer out of PLA material. The result was a bit too brittle for regular use. The aluminum extender rod pivot parts break the base where they fit into it. The original X4 Labs extender bases were made out of injected nylon (my guess) and they are very durable. Since we want to 3D print the larger base design, I did some research and found out that PETG is a good alternative to PLA as it is more impact resistant and flexible. (ABS might also work.) When I asked a printing service to print the file in PETG they wrote back with the following issue (see picture). They said the walls are too thin on the bottom (see picture).

Can you modify the 3D file to improve this? I used to do a lot of CAD but I do not do 3D print stuff. It does not look all that hard to thicken the part where it contacts the abdomen. This would be a huge service to us.

Thanks
Rhino

Update. I found a job shop who made this 3D design out of PETG and it seems good enough. PLA is too brittle.

I’d like to thank you (belated 2yrs?) for the STL file, I had planned to scan the one I have but came across this post. I printed the base, I use now, using carbon nylon filament, the reason is that I needed a material that would hold up to rotary grinder for reshaping. I have the original X4Labs ring bases and they are horribly angular and uncomfortable. The extender I use now is a frankenstein ( X4 Lab printed base, 4 @ X4 Labs spring rods, Size Doctor rods, Phallosan Forte XL cup with 1 1/4 inch acrylic tube extension, DIY platinum silicone sleeve and a DIY aluminum bar to hang the Phallosan Forte cup.
