Have been using a penimaster pro vacuum attachment and a 6kg traction force for 3 hrs daily this week and am wondering if anyone has had gains from this much sustained traction. I suffer no numbness or circulation problems during the 3hrs, partly due to doing a 20min wet jelq and manual stretching beforehand and also the superiority of this penimaster product. I’m not convinced a traction of less than 2kg will bring adequate gains in a reasonable amount of time. I’m trying to gain on average 1/2 inch every 6 months, 2 1/2 inches in total.

I don’t know your history but these devices are probably best left for secondary PE, i.e. after the newbie routine plus has been exploited for maximum gains. Even then, my experience with traction devices is that they don’t elicit gains at all. I do think, however, that they are very good at strengthening the penis so that gains via other methods are hard or impossible.

My personal experience seems at odds with the evidence for traction generally which has been posted here in many forms throughout the years.

I think there is a general consensus among vets that too much force is counterproductive - just ask to pumpers. I know you don’t you share this view, OP, but anyway 1/2 length in 6 months is about the average gain of those who have used extenders at tensions way less than 2kg on average. Half inch in length is what most of people get in their first year with manual techniques, too.

People who have used more force, you can find them among hangers; I can’t say I have seen many reliable reports of huge gains in a short amount of time from hangers using heavy weigths. Actually, I can’t remember any. Don’t know if this helps.

So basically you two feel that hanging with anything more than low weight is counterproductive, with extenders, ads, stretching, and ads basically being fundamentally superior?

Traditional hanging wisdom is to use low weigths, so it’s not much a matter of extenders against hanging.

Lets say an African guy has a dick 2 foot long hanging down all day because he doesn’t wear any clothes and gets plenty of African sun to warm it up. If low weight hanging works then the guy’s 2 foot long dick would continue to elongate under it’s own weight eventually reaching his feet. Just a thought.

Just another thought popped into my head. If it’s true what is said about Indian sadhus and their ability to stretch their dicks to great length. The secret might be in their tendency to fast for long periods of time. So if you were to combine penis stretching with fasting, say fast on water for 40 days and stretch and jelq twice daily for that period then take a break from PE while you start putting on the weight again. Once you put the weight back on resume PE and fasting for say another 40 days. Maybe fasting is the key we are all looking for to weaken the tunica, to weaken the whole goddamn dick.

Hmm. Fasting for 40 days would weaken a lot more than your tunica.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

I’m not getting the sort of fatigue hangers are after, but then again I’m trying to find a technique that’s halfway between traction (3+ hrs) and heavy hanging (20mins). I’ve decided to limit my maximum to 6kg and take a decon break if necessary in 4 months time. I intend to do ADS at lower traction during the day, say 2kg for 6hrs using a shoulder harness I’ve put together attached to the vacuum unit by elastic nylon, and 6kg for between 1 and 3hrs during the evening while lying on the bed watching TV. This dispenses with the need for those very uncomfortable extender bars. So long as there are no circulation problems there’s no reason the unit cannot be worn all day. I’ll continue to monitor this slight tingling sensation I’m getting in the glans after a period of recovery and reduce the maximum if necessary.

I have to agree with Memento here, didn’t gain a thing from traction even with the suction vac extender approach. Jelqing has been around for a very long time, probably because it works.

Growing28, I’m going to fight this on several fronts. I start with light jelqing, then increase the intensity. The jelqing gets increasingly more flaccid as I work it, so after 10 mins or so I’m doing fairly flaccid jelq stretches slowly, about 30 secs to slide down the shaft each time. I’ve decided not to hold the stretch at the bottom so as not to stress the nerve bundle. I don’t want to go for girth gains since I’m after length.

If I don’t see at least 1/2 inch of cemented gain in another 4 months then I’ll decon for couple months and try another approach.
It’s only been two months since I’ve started and there are visible gains of about 1/4 inch, but not every day. It comes and goes.

Dude, for a minute I thought I had tunned into some crazy broadcast from another planet.

But science fiction aside, I must warn you, that unless your dick is super conditioned -and possibly even if it is- you run the risk of tearing something one day when you least expect it. Once the micro tear starts, with that much weight, it could turn into a rip within seconds. And then BANG. You will be one of those posters who come on here saying PE has ruined my dick. No kidding! The sadhus you speak of subject themselves to rigorous training. Don’t even go there. Back here in the real world there are limits that should be respected.

Where are those Sadhus with huge dicks? I’ve never seen one. What I’ve seen are people performing tricks, but their dicks aren’t big at all.
