ADS 8 mm

Dear friends,

I would like to show you the invention of Alberto 25, an Argentine fellow of the Spanish forum. This is the extender he called the ADS 8 mm. It’s easy to make and its cost does not exceed… 2 $.

You will need:

- Latex tourniquet, 8 mm in diameter (one piece of 20 cm); it can be purchased on the Internet
- Elastic ribbon (for clothes; it can be purchased at notion stores / haberdasheries)
- Masking tape (the one used by painters)
- A little rubber band

Here is how it’s made

How to use:

Put a very thin layer of talcum powder on the tourniquet and close it with the elastic band.

You can tie the elastic ribbon to your foot (to its arch or instep), to your knee (or to a kneepad), to your belt or even to your shoulder or neck.

This extender can be used safely at home, at work, while taking a walk…

If it bothers you, you can use a bandage or a polymer gel ring (they are very soft, washable, and are sold in orthopaedic aid shops to protect the toes).

Perhaps the most uncommon thing is the 8 mm tourniquet. I bought it from Banggood on the Internet.

Give it a try, it’s quite comfortable and simple. I usually put talcum powder on my retroglandular sulcus when I use it, in order to minimize friction.

Nobody can notice it under tracksuit trousers.

Where did you buy those sleeves?

They sell them in orthopaedic aid shops. It’s a protection for the big toe.
