Amount Of Tension and results

Hey guys im pretty new to PE just about finishing up 3 months of newbie routine and trying things such as hanging and extending…. i was wondering what length i should be extending too and when/ how fast i should increase tension…. currently just starting not even at the first tension line but i feel a good pull…. also from what ive read extending seems to produce good results even some doctors support it, how do you thinks extending compares to hanging? thank you

Did you gain from the newbie routine?

I don’t have experience with extenders.

I started hanging after doing 4 months of manual PE.

It took me 8 1/2 months of hanging to condition my cock to handle some advanced hanging I do now.

Pick your style of PE and sign up for the long run.

Longer, thicker, tighter, deeper

I think you should stretch as far as you can. Unless someone poves otherwise, I can’t see how NOT stretching “all the way” would be better.

The area where we have to make compromises, in my experience at least, is that tension correlates negatively with the amount of time one can stay extended.

I’ve tended to go through cycles where I am able to use more moderate tension for days or weeks at a time and then one day am able to extend further and with more tension. I feel like those days are when I really make my gains, because I’m usually able to keep going at that newer length; the new extended length becomes my “moderate tension” for the next cycle.

To titelist yes i gained .3 inches in length maybe .1 in girth…. i feel like i probably was putting too much intensity into the newbie routine and could have gained more if i went lighter… and thank you phil and fornixator and i agree with extending to the max i would think…. ive been curious though is there a point where stretching too hard or too often has a negative impact? Such as pulling too hard or too much tension slowing growth? I ask because people always talk about less is more…. and how do i quote you guys with that grey text?

Also do any of you think it would be a good idea to stop the extending and redo a light version of newbie routine? I feel like some guys say theyve gained much more than me by doing the newbie routine lightly

Well, heck yeah. Do both. Do everything.
There does seem to be some version of a phenomenon where “excessive” PEing makes the tissues more resilient and resisitant to stretching, so you have to keep increasing the intensity to get results. But there are plenty of anectodal reports about “decnditioning” where you just take a little break from PE and the tissues become more compliant.

This all isn’t a science, to be sure. There are so many different potential factors that we’re all pretty much guessing at what will work and what won’t. The only consensus is that it’s a slow process.

Different techniques will produce different outcomes for different people. My best length gains have always been from workouts using a few stretches, followed by jelqing, followed by about four hours extending at low tension. Low tension to me means extending at less than my erect length. About an inch less. Stretching at my maximum erect length, or even longer if I can stand it, seemed like it would be the driver of growth when I started PE. I was told to start out with my extender arms set at a length about an inch and a half less than my BPEL. That seemed stupid to me, but I was cool with just learning to put that thing off and on at low tension for that week, as it seemed a bit awkward to me. I didn’t expect to see growth until I was logging hours with it extended way further out. But I got gains. Good gains. So fast when I was a newbie I can hardly believe it now.

My thought or theory about it is this. Stretching and jelqing stretches and expands the penile tissue beyond its current limits, then letting it recover in a just slightly longer than usual flaccid length encourages the best, and quickest growth and recovery. I am of the opinion the penis cannot be forced to grow, but should instead be gently encouraged to do so.

Like I say, different people will have different outcomes from different methods, but workouts followed by just barely extended past flaccid length works best for me.

When you say your best length gains came from that technique, how much gains over how long a period of time are we walking? And how did that compare with the other gains you experienced when doing otherwise?

I’m extending now more than half a year and there two parts you need to do. Get in extending session every day. And continually dial out the extender over time.

If you don’t feel any tension I think your limiting the potential of that extending session.

Are there any uncut guys here that have used extenders for long periods of time (definition of long being 6+ hours a day, over a longer period of weeks)? If so, I’d like to learn from you what levels of traction/weight-equivalent you found was the maximum sustainable level without any problems like blistering? And whether that was achieved with or without a silicone glans cap. Weight-equivalent being measured by using some kitchen scales and pressing down the extender base onto the scales up to your normal point of tension…

Reason for asking is that I’ve bought an extender in preparation for my next cycle. I’ve just come off a Bib hanging cycle (using Xeno’s modified Bib hanger) and I’ll wait to measure, but if I find there were gains from that then I might repeat and add an extender for a few hours extra per day (but at lower tension, say like what Penimaster suggest as a max around 1.1kg). If I didn’t find any gains then I think I’ll go for an extender-only cycle next time, in which case it would be good to know what longer term traction tension I should aim for - would want to keep it as stretched as I can but also in a sustainable way. I suppose it’s a matter of experimentation (too much = blistering, so heal and reduce) but would be good to know experience from others on here.

Thanks.

3 inches in 3 months?

Please tell me the routine and gadget used?

I believe it was 0.3 not 3

Yes .3 in 3 months… also whenever i try to go past the first tension line i have to tighten the strap to the point of cutting off circulation to my glans any tips for this?

Hi Ryshea95!
About “extender” if you feel good traction, it’s ok…increase tension only when you feel that is not enough for you.
Take your time…(your penis doen’t need any pain)
Also, you have to remove the extender every 20-30 minutes …. make a small message to your penis (1-2 minutes) and put it back to avoid cutting too much blood circulation.
