Has anyone tried jerking off before strapping into your extender? I’ve tried hanging afterwards a few years back and remember it being extreamly difficult due to the penis seemingly being exhausted. Seems like it would make for an intense and fruitful all day extender session if one were to do the deed prior to strapping in.

Can’t say I really noticed that, once my dick chills out, it’s just business as usual but then I never hung either (yet). Perhaps you just need to hang/extend at a lower intensity initially afterwards, then increase it.

More curious if there was a benefit to jerking then putting it back on in that the ligaments would be tired.

After ejaculation I am generally not in the mood to even continue wearing a cock ring, never mind trying to extend, or pump or something. I save my ejaculate for when I can share it with my partner, so the idea is not something I would want to incorporate into my routine.
