I got my Auto Extender the last part of April 05 and have used it two hours a day 4 to 5 days a week. I do one hour in the morning and one in the evening under a 250 watt IR light that is just over 18 inches away. Along with the A E I do manual stretching and wet and dry jelqing and throw in a 10 minute light pressure pump session when I feel like it. Also I have just started the use of EVO oil. Other than a fixed time on my A E I follow no set number or time of the other exercises. The amount I do depends on my time and how I feel. From the end of April till now I have shown a slow and steady gain of 1/8 inch per month.
I feel the Auto Extender has helped me in my growth and I will continue to use it until I decide to quit.
I started PE on a pay site at 6.5 bpel in the late summer or early fall of 04. I did my “newbe” routine there and gained about 1/2 in. In January of 05 I found thunders and did not really start a routine for over a month. Then I started in a light work out while reading all I could about gains. By the end of April when I got my AE I had developed a routine that I thought would work for me. I have changed it slightly from time to time and have taken short breaks and then spent a day or two really working my unit over for a shock routine. Other than some discoloration I have suffered no injuries, and have been careful to avoid any.
Starting at Thunders Jan 05 ——- bpel 7” girth 5.25”
Now————-bpel 7 1/2” girth 5.5” +/- (best measurement 7 5/8” but not consistent)
Nbpel 7” nbpfl 5” to 5 3/4” mostly 5 1/2” bpfsl 8 1/8”
I have not used any other stretcher. I am pleased with mine and it is still the old style head, I have thought about getting the new style and probably will in the future. The things I watch out for are numbness and cold. Some days I can go the whole hour without adjusting and sometimes I need to stop half way through and get the circulation going and then finish out my hour. I just do what feels right at the time. But never push myself to the point of pain. Also I have found in all of my PE that it works much better to relax my unit. It seems to me that at times I find myself fighting the stretch and I have got to force myself to relax and let it stretch. Kind of like the reaction you have when someone grabs your arm you naturally pull back with your muscles. Well I found that I tended to do that with my unit at first and have gotten where I can just relax it and let it “grow”. There have been a few times where I have cut my session short because it feels like my unit is not relaxed and starts to tighten up. I don’t force myself when it doesn’t feel right. There just seems to be times where things go real easy and then I push things further and other times when I back off.
As I have stated I am well pleased with mine and would recommend it to anyone interested in buying a stretcher. I still consider myself a student and not in a teacher, but hope my input will help someone else.
