Can You Gain Extending At 3hrs A Day

Penis tissue is very strong and is not supposed to grow. The same effort with an earlobe would be easier.

I gained easier when I added helicopter stretches in pauses between extending sets. Extending on its own is rather one dimensional.

If you track a measurement regarding length daily I would do BPFSL where for most gains show up first. After some hours of extending you sometime can see some at least temporary increase.

In any case you want some sort of progression with extending. Stretching further,.. adding bars,..

Whats your take on rest days when using an extender. Or just having days where you do less based on time conflicts like work, etc. I usually manage 4hrs a day but have only been able to pull of 3 the past two nights. If I come back over the weekend and put in two 6hr days would my progress still be stalled hurt from the 3hr days, or would it kinda makeup doe that time?

With low intensity like extending its better to do continiously with higher frequency or it will just revert back.

You can skip days but on these it would be best to do some manual stretches (like some piss pulls) or even 30 minutes of extending.
After 2-3 days most recent expansion will potentially be gone if you do nothing.
But at some point when you added on much fatigue you have to take breaks too..

Hi DomXZ how was the rate of your gains over the months after returning from the break, did you gain steadily or fast in the beginning and then hit a plateau.
