Creams For Soreness?

Hi guys, does anyone used some kind of topical creme to help reduce soreness from extending?

My glans and foreskin get pretty sore and it reduces the time spent in the extender, I’ve tried Paw paw ointment and moisturizer and thinking maybe nappy rash creme or something but maybe someone one here has found something that works? Thanks fellas.

Rest and or back off tension. Providing there are no attachment issues I take that as an indication that I’m doing too much of something either load or duration or both.

Castor seed oil, coco butter, Vaseline lotion products… also maybe start with a warm bath or just soak your wiener prior to lubing up. Make sure you wash and dry your skin very well before applying any extender because oils in the lubricants/creams can break down silicone/ rubber.

Whenever I start to get irritated, I moisturize the ol’ sausage with aquaphor, after washing, before going to bed. And I wake up all better the next day.

Any mild skin moisturizer will work after a long day stretching. Be sure to check the tips and tricks to attach the device and how to protect your dick with gauze/soft silicone sleeves, heat, etc.
