Dealing with slippage when extending

As a new member, I don’t have the ability to post this in the Extenders section of the forum. So I’m hoping that the answer can come about within the Penis Enlargement Basics forum. I have been reading up on extending for a while now here on the forum boards. An after countless threads read, I went out and bought an X4 extender to use as an ADS after my hanging routine.

From the information I’ve gathered. I’m supposed to stretch close to my NBPEL. However being that my NBPEL is 8 inches, I can only get to a bit over 7 inches when extending. An once I get to 7.10 inches, I feel slippage occurring. Is there a way around this? That slippage won’t occur? Just so you know, I’m fastened into the device as much as I can without it hurting me.

Have you looked tightly upon your wrap? Maybe you need to make some small adjustments. How long is your wrap? Do you use any kind of theraband like wrap? Give us more details

Apologies for not going into detail about the wrapping. I honestly don’t wrap when I attach myself into the X4 extender. I didn’t know that you had to wrap when wearing an extender. I

Did your extender come with accessories? Mine came with 2 types of sleeves/wraps but I’ve found that neither worked well and I just cut off a piece of old T-shirt and taped it around my head area. There’s probably better options than this, but it’s what I came up with in the meantime and it’s working fine. Proper wrapping will allow you to attach tighter without being “too uncomfortable”. Mine also came with 3 different types of attachments (silicon tubes, comfort strap, and velcro strap) I’ve found the velcro strap is the most comfortable and effective. I’m currently extending close to 1 inch past my EL without slippage issues, but I also have a long BPFSL relative to my BPEL and extending just shy of the 1st tension line.


Started (Dec 2017): 5.0 BPEL X 4.1 MSEG

Now (Feb 2024): 6.5 BPEL X 4.25 MSEG

Give yourself a try with wrapping and ADS, tell us what happens.

If you are using a noose, perhaps it is the noose that is slipping in the cradle, in which case you’ll have to secure the noose. I use velcro that I run though the slots for the strap.
