Extender and constant heat

Hello ,

I am using an extender without a lot of success so far . I am thinking of trying using it with constant heat. Which is the most practical way to do it ? What type of device you guys using?

Here is an example of what I do. Using the extender with pad and a usb connection to portable battery. I cut holes in my pockets where I snake the cord through and keep the battery in my pocket.

I am sure members here have some other suggestion to offer as well.

If you are stationary when extending, an infrared heat lamp works well. I use mine with a standing desk.
