Extender Head Attachment

Hello I just can’t get on with the phallosan head attachment it makes penis head sore and the noose style slips off is there anyway to buy or make a better head attachment that doesn’t hurt or keep slipping off even if someone makes one for me and sends it in the post I will pay them good money for it thanks

Talcum powder helps. My corona ridge got stronger with time but cannot overcome my head shrinkage after several 40min sessions. It starts slipping and is a pain in the ### to complete a session from then on..

I really doubt anyone can complete 8 hours a day with noose style extenders besides sellers posting in internet.

I my recommendation is always Res-Q-Tape.

Works like a charm for me.
