Ok so after years on Thunders I think I have now cracked it!

Been vac stretching/ extending consistently for the last month. I have averaged 2hours per day over the last month, whilst that doesn’t sound alot, its kind of been a test run and building up consistency, because believe me strapping in and out every single day takes alot of commitment.

Anyway flaccid length is great and I am pretty sure I have gained in length But not going to check until I am 2 months in!

Newbie Here

Hello I’m new to Thunder’s. I recently ordered a pro extender and it’s arriving today. Any advice for the newbie? I’ve read through several forums of the veterans but I still need to be put through on how many hours per session and per day, traction force etc. Thanks.

Can’t find it ? I don’t know how many times I’ve been giving those advices to newbies.

Ok, Feytish, please forgive my last post, I’ll try to give a proper answer.

First grab your penis behind the head, and see how long it is, do not try to pull to hard. Assemble the extender in a way so the head of the penis is almost in front of the front piece/cradle of the extender ( when the extender are compressed) when trying to strap yourself in. Wrap around your penis ( underneath were the strap is going to get grip) with some soft cloth or gauze. Do this regardless if you are circumcised or not. If not, it is recommenced that you pull back your foreskin. Now comes the tricky part. You have to compress the extender with one hand and fasten your penis with the other. When so, release the extender and let the springs inside the rods pull your penis. If your extender has some lines on the rods, ( where the extender compresses), the lines are telling you how much traction/force that is applied. You can however adjust the screws on each side to apply more force. In my extender ( JES) the lines equals 600/900/1200/1500 grams of force.

I recommend that you start with the lowest force and get your penis adjusted to this kind of work. The length of each session - I would say 30 minutes sets with some minutes in between to massage and jelq some blood into your penis.

About length of the extender. It is funny of course to put together a long extender, but not in practice. Try to make it almost as long as your flaccid stretched penis - when compressed that is - and wrap around some cloth, and you may be able to wear the extender for longer periods without having to tightening the strap so tight that it stops the flow of blood. I have my strap so «loose» that I am able to jelq some blood into the head while still being strapped in. It takes some practice and time to get it right and as comfortable as possible.

How many hours per day ? Start with max 2 per day, and keep it that way for two-three weeks, and increase the time by 30 minutes per two-week period. After 2-3 months you can go from 4 -6 hours per day. It is a good thing to put in off days or a off week now and then to let the penis rest. Traction can also be increased during that time frame. Keep 600 grams for the first month, then go to 900 grams for 1-2 months and then 1200, and up to 1500 6 months in. Never overdo things, go by how your penis feel like each day.

When you are gaining, you will have to put in extra bars into the extender to keep the same force without unscrewing the screws ( they will only go so far before they start to unscrew themselves).

I don’t frequently measure. This is a process that is about as tenius as brushing your teeth. Realistically I am expecting to be strapped in for another 1,000 hours to reach my lengthen goal.

Thanks a lot Norwegian wood. I am now one week into using the extender. My session is as follows:

Warm up 5 mins
Gentle stretch 5 mins
Wet Jelqing 15 - 20 mins
Take a shower
Then I put on the extender on low traction for 4 hours split into two.

The only challenge I have is with the warming up with warm water as its not always readily available or on days when I’m in a hurry.

Questions.
1)Can the warm water warm up be skipped?
2)I sometimes have erections while using the extender. Is this normal?
