Extender routine with jelqing

After 2 months of using the extender for a total of 90 hours and doing 10 minutes of manual stretches I want to include jelqing to the equation.

I have been doing 3 days on 1 day off. I was thinking of adding 10 minutes of jelqing after stretching and before using the extender, do you think this is a good way to start or would it be too much?

So far I gained about 1-1.5 cm in BPEL but nothing in EG thats why I want to start jelqing.

I would appreciate any advice or tips.

Just continue with the extender alongside the well known newbie routine.

Then continue that routine indefinitely increasing time or tension or whatever based on how you adapt.

Don’t overthink it.

For jelqing doesn’t result in any gains , and I become erect really fast while doing it. About 5 jelqs and I’m hard sonI use it as a warm up for pumping
