Hello everyone,
I’ve healed and have been using the VacExtender type rig with a constriction sleeve with no fluid build up so far.
One question about extender users:
Do you prefer to wear it Up or Down? Why?
I find that I wear it up Up more often, although my “LOT” says that down would give more gains.
Should I switch to wearing it down with a lower tension? Or does the angle have little difference in gains?
