Maxwind - I have only used an extender, I have NOT done any other type of PE.
Figaro2011 - I didn’t think about taking a picture before I started extending. The first picture I took wasn’t until I had already gained 1/2” (1.3cm). I have ED, so it’s almost impossible to maintain an erection while jamming a ruler against my fat pad while trying to take a picture. Maybe if I had a third hand it would be easier! LOL. I was 51 years old when I started extending.
Preppyguy81 - I consider myself very lucky to have made the gains I have in a relatively short period of time! For the first year I tried to wear it 4-5 hours per day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Now I am only wearing it 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week and I take off one week a month for an extended recovery period. I did replace the springs in my extender with MUCH stronger springs, so I am now extending with about 20lbs (10kg) of force.
Dafuuuk? 20kg of force?? Could you share your extender with us, please? That thing must be quite sturdy.
