Would you attribute those 0.3” MEG gains from purely using the extender?I am 1 month into full extender use and have seen an increase in my BPEL already (close to 0.2”) but no MEG gains yet. I am not really interested in MEG gains anyway, I would like to get up to 8” BPEL first. My starting stats are on par with yours and it looks like we have the same goal. What extender are you using by the way? I typically extend 3 to 4 hours a day. I’ve noticed now that I can do longer days but it’s better not to extend in more than 1 go for over 1 hour as that’s when I get issues (retracting, some pain/discomfort). I notice these issues around the 90 mins mark. I actually did 2 hours in 1 go yesterday and have had to have a few days rest as I feel my unit is still quite sore. Are you noticing the same things?
During my first 6 months, I didn’t do much jelqing. So, I attribute most of my girth gains from extending. But the jelqing really helps with EQ. I get raging erections during the night now and my flaccid is improving. It’s 5.5 BPFL most of the time now.
I’m just using a generic extender off of eBay. I’m happy with it. I’ve broken two sleds, so I’ve bought three of these in 8 months. But at under $20 a pop, who cares. I needed the extra rods anyway.
I don’t extend over an hour. I’m worried about causing damage from lack of circulation etc. Once I start retracting too much, I take off for the day. Sometimes I get six hours, sometimes only 3, hour long sessions. For me, I think the healing time is more important. Longest I’ve ever made it was 90 minutes, then I have to take a day off just like you. I’ve had my best growth only stretching 3-4 days per week for about 4 hours a day around 1050g of force.
