has anyone had results using only extender?

Has anyone had results using only the extender, or at least with the extender being the most used?

I gained about 1 cm in 4 months, however, it is not cemented.

First, I noticed harder and longer erections, then I noticed more erections than ever.

And after consistent traction, I also saw the change in dimensions, but it is strange, it’s also longer in a flaccid stretched state, so it’s somehow elastic. At this stage, I will lose progress if I don’t cement my gains by being consistent.

I also notice more erections and harder as well.

I have gotten permament gains with over 7000 hours of extending in several different attempts over a period of 10 years. 5cm came with that, if I quit I lose 0,5 to 1cm. After all these years I now started hanging and still use a few hours of extender per week after hanging sessions .

can you say that most of your earnings came from using the extender?

I have extended a total of 994 hours over the last 2 years (extending only) and I have increased my BPEL almost 2” (5cm).

It took me about 5 years to add 2 inches in length.

It’s not very much hours for two years and incredible gains. Can you please describe this a bit more? Did you wear the ADS 1-2 hours a day or longer periods with breaks with days or even weeks completely off?

An important variable is, how old are you?

DJ - thanks! I gained 1-1/2” the first year and then hit a plateau…for almost 8 months! It wasn’t until I changed things up and started using my extender to focus on stretching my suspensort ligament that I started making gains again.

Maxwind - I have only used an extender, I have NOT done any other type of PE.

figaro2011 - I didn’t think about taking a picture before I started extending. The first picture I took wasn’t until I had already gained 1/2” (1.3cm). I have ED, so it’s almost impossible to maintain an erection while jamming a ruler against my fat pad while trying to take a picture…maybe if I had a third hand it would be easier! LOL. I was 51 years old when I started extending.

Preppyguy81 - I consider myself very lucky to have made the gains I have in a relatively short period of time! For the first year I tried to wear it 4-5 hours per day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Now I am only wearing it 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week and I take off one week a month for an extended recovery period. I did replace the springs in my extender with MUCH stronger springs, so I am now extending with about 20lbs (10kg) of force.
